I think you're on to something regarding the demographics. Perhaps I should try getting rid of the kids and pets, buy myself a new car, and hit the open road. Or just keep watching the mailbox. I suspect the latter.

DH opened a Disney Visa debit card a few months ago and he got a PIN offer in the mail last week.
I have ordered the DVD a couple times (maybe 3 or 4 yrs ago) and got a couple of PIN offers not long after that.
However, we have not been since Christmas 07/New Year's 08 but I am planning a trip for 2014.
I'm not sure if anyone has determined the reason for seemingly random PINs, but the demographic theory is extremely interesting!
