I was wishing I was on the cruise, until I ended up with a stinking cold, and found out that there are really rough seas!

I am just glad of my own warm bed and a cup of tea right now!

Keeping in mind how much Pete says the group drinks while on the cruise do you think they are even noticing the rough seas?

I wish I was cruising. Instead I am finishing my post grad school work and participating in holiday festivities. Family party is this Friday, going to see Trans Siberian Orchestra on Saturday and possibly heading to Pennsylvania for a holiday hayride on Sunday.

When I saw that it was really cold it didn't bother me so much that I wasn't there. I work in the service industry I have to work through the holidays. But I'm going to the world soon and doing abd in the summer

I just returned from a great (non-Disney) cruise on the 12th, then spent 2 cold days at WDW. I don't envy the chilly Podcast cruisers.

We are home, too. After seeing all the pictures today of the folks on 2.0 in their winter coats, I'm not too sad to stay in NYC.

I'm making a Cabernet braised pot roast and rice pilaf for my husband right now, getting ready to watch the Dexter finale.

Lots of holiday parties this week, culminating in one at Rockefeller Center on Friday night.

And, ostensibly, training for my 15k next weekend, which I am woefully unprepared for.
