Who is in the Disney's "Parade of Stars"?

My husband and I were looking at the schedule for who and what is performing in different areas during the time we will be there, and one of the things mentioned is the Disney's "Parade of Stars". Now, is this just the characters, or is it celebrities? We were just curious, and if it was worth watching. Any advice would be great!

It is just the Disney characters with some fun floats along with some regular guests who get to "dress up" and be in the parade. How you get tapped to be in the parade I don't know. Perhaps another poster can help with that.

YOU can be in the Parade of Stars. About an hour before the parade is to begin, the double decker bus travels the parade route. Look for the "cloud people" (they are performers wearing blue and white cloud overalls) at three locations - the flag pole, the hub and the Small World promenade. If you are an enthusiastic, crazy willing participant then you can be the star.

To be picked, just walk up to the blue cloud overall people.. ask them nicely and likely they will say YES!

The double decker bus and blue cloud overall CMs will loook for particiapants about an hour or so before parade start. They go down the parade route in the opposite direction of the parade start. Exple if the parade will start in small world area they will start from Main street.

In the parade
Ariel, Tarzan, Belle, Aurora, King Louie, Balloo, dancing "swans" , mushrooms, the blue fairy, etc.... and of course Mickey at the end.
It's not the most spectacular parade but the kids wil like seeing their favorite characters.
