Hi... When we got married in March, I sent any concerns I had to Jeff Ralls. He seems to be a higher upper with the SM's and EM's.

At what point did you contact Jeff Ralls and did you feel like your EM was offended at all? My parents are so frustrated with Disney they said that if I had not already mailed my invites they would have forfeited our deposit and cancelled the wedding down there. They have made all sorts of mistakes and my mother feels like we are being treated very conveyor belt-like (to use her term)...I feel the same way but of course don't want to cancel anything!!!! I would love to be able to soothe her fears (she thinks that everything is going to go wrong at the wedding) but I don't want to tick off the people managing my wedding!

Jeff Ralls is no longer in charge of FTW.

I would contact your Sales Manager and let them know of the frustrations you have been having, and ask if there's any way they can help you or if they can tell you someone else to contact. I am sorry to hear of you guys having problems, I hope you can sort it out!

Hi...

I thought Jeff was still in charge. I got married in March, and sent him an email in April to let him know of things that went wrong at the wedding. He responded and we took care of it. That was just 2 months ago. But, if he is not... I would still email him and ask him who replaced him. I would not want to ask my SM or EM for the name of the person in charge.

Codie - Dont feel like you cant talk to someone! This is your wedding!! It needs to be how you want it! I would contact somebody right away with any concerns you or your parents have. I spoke to Jeff 2 times throughout the whole wedding process (during planning and after the wedding). Do what you need to do to assure nothing goes wrong. Just address your concerns with him (or whoever replaced him).

Jeff is most definitely still in charge...I just spoke with him this week. He and Jennifer made my little "problem" go away.

Although he is on vacation as of yesterday.
