Who is going in April?

We will be at the Poly from April 4-7 and then on the Wonder for 3 nights. Maybe this won't be a busy time. First time staying on site. Can't wait. Yippee!

We were wondering about the crowds the last week in April also.
Seems like quite a few people picked that week and I thought it would be lower crowds than earlier in the month.

We're last week in April pros. A lot of the spring break crowd will be gone by then, because a lot have theirs earlier in the year (late March/early April). Most New England states have their vacations ending about the 22. Then it starts for NH. Which is when we go. I guess New York schools also have their break this year. It is a lot of northeast people, generally. The crowds are not nearly as bad as the week before, or during real spring break (think Easter). But they're certainly not as low as they are the beginning of January. Generaly they're not big enough to destroy your vacation.
We've been there over Easter, and that's when the crowds are nasty. 4 hour waits weren't uncommon. But without Easter the last week, the crowds aren't too bad.

Wife and I and son are heading down from North Carolina April 9-17. Staying at Shades of Green.

We're headed out on 3/25 and will be there through Easter returning on 4/1. I guess that qualifies as being there in April. Staying at WL courtyard view. We were there for Easter last year and had a great time. Crowds were manageable. Make your PS's as early as possible.

My dh, dd (1 year old), and I are going April 10-17th. We're doing the Land/Sea thing--4 nights at AKL and 3 on Disney wonder!! Can't wait!

We'll be there from April 15th - the 24th. Splitting our stay between the Dolphin & AKL. It is our Western NY Spring Break.

I am so obsessed. I should not be on the boards right now, I'm at work!!!
DH and I are going w 5 nephews and their 4 parents. Split stay 17-20 CS then to Dolphin 20-24! Have been trying to get nurse/teacher rate, no luck, thus far Dolphin AAA 189.50, joined starwood, still investigating hoping to get lucky, may stay the week if low enough, though looking forward to CS.
Better get to work!!!!

We are going 4/27-5/3, 6 nights at ASMovie. Can't wait. I'll be 6 months pregnant, so I hope it's not too hot, or too crowded!

We might be. We're going definately in either late April or early May. It will all depend on when we can get AP rates. Where we stay will depend on AP rates as well.

BF wants to go back to Pop Century. I really want to go back to PoR or maybe WL, AKL or CS. (In other words...somewhere I have not stayed).

We are going to WDW in April...the 22 thru 30th I believe...(we may change our dates)
This will be our infant's second trip!

Now that I've booked my flights, I can honestly say that we'll be there Apr.16-23, which is spring vacation for many New England and some New York schools. We went the same week in 2004 and thought it was moderately crowded, but it was also right after Easter, so who knows? Easter is earlier in 2005. We did Early Entry and FastPass and park hopped a lot, hit MK every evening after early dinner, so we pretty much got to see and ride what we wanted.

Grad nights for the high schools were that week in 2004. The MK closed around 6pm on ( I think ) Thurs. and Fri. so that the local high schools could have their grad night parties. So be sure and get your MK touring in early in the week if grad nights are that week again. I haven't checked out the dates yet.

We're going from April 2-9. I'm sure it'll be a mob scene, but we'll be at the CR for the first time, and I'm looking forward to walking to the MK! Two teenage boys and husband, who like to sleep late, however, so it may be a challenge to fight the crowds! I'll see you all at the fastpass machines!
