I can finally say this month!!! Leave on the 19th for our 25th anniversary trip. Three nights in Waikiki, then a week on the big island before we have 8 nights at Aulani starting the 30th!

We check in on the night of the 7th too! I am up EARLY this morning, sooo much to do before we go and we dont leave till mid week!

So we leave for CA in 2 days and Aulani in 5 days - just looked at the TWC forecast….Ugggg. 80% chance of rain for our Friday arrival day and 40-60% most other days after that. Hoping it's more of the passing variety than all-day rain.

Oh this is unbelievable timing. I hope it DOES weaken so there's no major damage….and I hope the timing doesn't put us into a major delay getting in on Friday... Uggg.

Checked in last night after traveling all day from Philadelphia.

Had a light dinner last night at off the hook (delicious shrimp cocktail, burger and credit).

Heading off to the pool now.

We're here for three nights, then hopping to Molokai for three days before coming back for four more nights. Just starting to unwind and adjust to island time.

It looks like Iselle will miss all of our big planned activities except one... and that's one we haven't had to pre-pay for, so no great loss there... we'll just have to find another waterfall hike to do on our own.

We'll be there in 87 days! We arrive Halloween day mid-afternoon... Can't wait! We have a super short day but it's going to be a vacation of a lifetime! Everyone arriving soon or sooner than I - enjoy, leave me some Mickey waffles and report when you get back - share pictures too!

We are! We have a long way to go though! We are only going to stay for 4 nights though. Then we will have another week on the island visiting friends who are stationed there. So we will be on Oahu from Dec.15th through Dec.26th. We will be spending time with my side of the family in CA on both sides of the trip though so we will be gone for 3 weeks total!

We made some calls today. At this time, the soonest they could get us home is Tuesday, and we were supposed to fly out on Friday. Looks like we will be riding the storm out.
