Who is Charles?

I thought Charles did a great job with today's Daily Fix. It was quite enjoyable and he has a great speaking voice for this.

Was just coming to post something similar. I laughed out loud more than once during today's Fix.

I really appreciated the Daily Fix yesterday. A couple of times, Charles's humor had me roaring. Great job!!

I really enjoy the detail Charles gives in his reviews. I think he doesn't ever seem like he's having fun which made me slow to warm up to him. I always have fun when I'm watching the videos, and I like the DIS team to be having fun too! I attribute that to it all being new, and I'm sure he's nervous. He seems to get more comfortable as time goes on, and I think he's a great addition to the team! I can only imagine that he'll feel more and more comfortable as time goes on. I wish people gave him a little more grace and opportunity to find his way - it's a team of big personalities, and I'm sure most people would struggle to figure out how they fit into the group on air.

IMO Charles gives the best, most detailed food reviews. He knows what he's talking about. I think it would be great if he were a regular. I love his humor & personality, too.

I really like Charle's food reviews and his Daily Fixes. He has a serious but ironic tone that the cynic in me finds appealing. I look forward to seeing more.

I really like Charles. It makes me sad to hear that people have been ripping him apart in the comments, he doesn't deserve that at all.

Agree that he should become part of one of the shows every now and then so people get to know him. Having him on the Universal show would be great, I love Craig and Ryno but like it better when they have a third person too. (Then again, that spot may be cursed! )

Pete has already advertised for another video content specialist. So it looks like he's going to spin the wheel on a third person for that team again.

I am confused..does the Tuesday daily fix not go out immediately before the Live show???
For four weeks the team has been shorthanded and the solutions have been...cancel the show altogether, bring Teresa from the port and have plastic action figures sit in. Is there not a perfectly suitable person IN studio and camera ready?
In the meantime they have poor Charles tackling topics like Trump and racking up thumbs down at record pace.
Please, introduce the poor guy so he has a chance to succeed.

I like Charles too. His style is much different than the others but I feel like he has improved over time.
