I know you are only 9 but don't you think you should change the things you are doing in vmk to get you banned?

Have you contacted VMK about it. I think if you go to the contact us page, then go through and ask about the banning, it'll give you a reason why VMK thinks it was right to ban you. I think, can anyone correct or back me up on this?

I was banned for 10 years, too. I wrote to them asking why and they unbanned me the next day. And, if you were or plan to be a Community Leader, you can still become one even if you were banned and they unbanned you. If they don't unban you though, you won't be able to become one.

This also happened to my friend who was unbanned the next day. If they don't unban you, there's a number you can call, but I don't know it.

And to what was said up a few posts, it does say why you were banned. For me it said I didn't follow the VMK Values and didn't listen to their fair warnings. I had no warnings and followed the VMK Values completely, but was still banned. Again, hope it works out ok for you!

I got the ban for 10 years, but my sister got our IP banned. VMK hasn't even responded to my complaint or my e-mails I sent them! My IP has been banned for almost a week now

No wonder Alionette hasn't been seeing me much anymore...

I haven't had much time to play anyways. My dad made it so we can't play on school nights at all. I didn't get the computer at all on Monday and this started on Tuesday, so I was really mad.

Does your sister know how she got the IP banned? If she doesn't know what she did, you could try writing to them again. No clue though. They might not reply. They didn't for my brothers and I. We were just unbanned the next day.

Often times when you are in an entire room of people and they ban the room, you can get unbanned when they review it and see you were not part of whatever it was that got the room banned. If it was you and another person talking and you said something against VMK values (could be as simple as mentioning these DIS boards) then the ban will stand since you did give out personal information that can be used to find you outside the game. The only way to know for sure is to write them and ask. Yes it does take awhile for them to get back to you, but if you were not in the wrong then they will reverse the ban. Unfortunately it sounds like you have been banned a few times before, meaning you have been warned, so not likely, but still worth a shot. Also, yes there is a phone number but it is not to be used just to call and argue about your ban. It would be something a parent might want to use on your behalf if they cant give you a valid reason for your ban. To use it just because you think it is unfair they banned you is a bad idea. If everyone did that then their lines would be jammed all day every day.

I was banned for 10 years for the least important thing seriously who banns ppl for 10 years just for saying something like "I'm A Cheerleader" or "I have a Jack Sparrow costume"?Really I don't think anyone would I think VMK is having either a huge techicnal problem or is thinking of ways to hurt ppl SEE THEIR ALREADY THINKING OF WAYS TO BAN US AND GET VMK ALL TO THEMSELVES!
