Nothing new here, just getting ready for my trip!! I'm so sad, we are dropping off Ruby at the Vet tomorrow It'll be the longest she's ever been boarded- 8 nights!!

YM- I hope you have a wonderful trip! I'll be thinking of you, and Happy Birthday too!!!

Lyzziesmom- love the Santa pic!! So cute! Lyzzie is getting so big. I saw Santa picking up his dry cleaning the other day!

Good morning, Crew!!!

Well, it's back to reality for me this morning. Nathan woke up about 2am and had been sick; my poor baby. I don't know how he will feel when he wakes up; much better I hope.

I suppose YourMajesty is getting ready to head to the airport. I really don't remember if I know what time she flies out, but I did get an itinerary for the rest of her week.
Today::
tues 12-18: WCC dinner and sleigh ride

I know YM will enjoy the WL AND the sleigh ride. The weather yesterday morning was pretty chilly , but warming up. The high was supposed to be about 62 degrees. Brrrrrrrr.......

How about having some Mickey waffles with me this morning. It's what I ate at the CBR food court yesterday morning.

I can't believe what with all the crap gone on here I'm actually getting it accomplished. Let's see... what else... trying to take Thursday and Friday off this week, but have to accomplish my accounting month-end in the next 2 days. My nephew is here and I'm going with him Thursday to get his Christmas present (a Discover SCUBA dive), and Erin and I both have dr's appointments Thursday and Friday. I've got to do something about these daily headaches!! Every single morning - and it's starting to get OLD....
My daddy got into town yesterday, I took a LATE lunch and met him at the airport!

Did you see the winning numbers for the Buy Broken Arrow tickets?

I KNOW I am out of the running for the $10,000 Grand Prize...that ticket was given out at some Deli I've never heard of.....

But the $2,000 and $3,000 tickets were given out at.......REASOR'S!!!! We may have a shot.....

Couple of funny comments from the kids the past couple of days…….

Yesterday, when I shaved, I decided to leave the whiskers on my chin……gonna go ahead and grow a goatee……

So, on the way to swim practice last night, Chase noticed. He said “Are you growing a goatee?” I said “yes.” He said…..”Oh. Cool dudes have goatees.” So…..maybe I’ll be a “cool dude”.

And then a few days ago, Courtney was sitting on my lap, just messing with my hair and just generally playing with me. Then she noticed my left ear…..she stops in her tracks and looks at me……”You have your ear pierced!!!” yeah……I do…….from back in my college days. Haven’t had anything in it in MANY, MANY years. But it was funny.

Ashley, have a wonderful time on your cruise. I am sure Ruby will be just fine. She's has the vet fooled though, doesn't she?

Lesa, I saw that recipe on the DIS and thought about making them. Glad to hear they are good.

pozey, on winning the lottery. Mike bought a Powerball ticket last week, but we didn't win.


I just got back from the doctor. My blood pressure was fine, but I will be starting a low dose of medication for the diabetes. It's pill, so I don't have to worry about insulin injections (at least not yet).

He is measuring big. He's 3lbs 5 oz and is in the 78-79%. They did say is may just be a growth spurt and it will even out later. They weren't too worried, but did say that if he starts measuring in the 85% and above we would have to discuss C-section.

They also tried to do a 4D ultrasound, but once again his hand was in front of his face. I am starting to think his hand is attached to his head, because he refuses to move it.
