I went to the school counselor this morning to tell them that I was doing the CP and see if I would get any credits for it. She knew nothing about it. So she called someone else and now I have to call back in a few days to see what they have to say. I did talk to my teacher and she said I might be able to use the CP as my co-op classes, I really hope I can.

I'm still cracking up at him he is such a riot! I'd love to take him to DL next year!! I'll have to keep an eye on Skybus and try to grab some $10 tix

I don't think there is a size/weight/age limit on parasailing. I seem to remember reading reviews of it and people took pretty little kids up with them. The info on AllEars is from 2005, but it should be the same (I imagine the prices have gone up though). It says solo fliers have to be a minimum of 100 lbs and children under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult. I think you could do a tandem parasail with Kenny. I really wanted to with Lyzzie after we saw it on tv -- until I saw the prices. Yikes! The 2005 prices were:

Single Flight:
Regular: $90 per flight (8-10 minutes at 450 feet)
Premium: $ 112.50 per flight (10-12 minutes at 600 feet)

Tandem Flight:
Regular: $140 per flight (8-10 minutes at 450 feet)
Premium: $162.50 per flight (10-12 minutes at 600 feet)

That's just too much money for too short of a time for me.

Just a brief check-in from work. Our internet here was down most of the day yesterday as were phones, and today's been like juggling cats!

When I told Chris about the tour he got all excited and called and booked it. So, we are ending our vacation with the Yuletide tour the day we leave, 9-12:30 in the AM. The minimum age on the tour is 16 though, I thought that was a little odd. I'm so excited!

We need to figure out when to meet! I talked to Chris and I think we are keeping our Rose and Crown reservation for Candlelight, but I don't remember which Candlelight we are going to. I'll let you know as soon as I can find it...me and Microsoft Excel have issues with each other.

Kenny is going to be a CGI artist or an Imagineer....I just know it! Crazy kid!

Nicole, I hope they let you get the Co-op credit! You might be able to get department credit too. I know at Tech you could use it as an independent study in your field if what you were placed in was what you were majoring in.

Donna, I know they are playing it a bunch. You can find the info on the travel channel website; just type in the name and it should pull up all dates and times. It was good, but it needs to be about 2 hours long for them to fit everything in. I thought the original special was a little bit more fluid.
