Nicole...I'm so sorry about your job. I hope most of your trip is payed for and you can enjoy a little time away. I'll be thinking about you.

Lesa...well, I thought for a long time we need the nebulizer. My sister actually has one she never uses. I think if we make it until our December appt with the nurse practitioner I will ask for some meds for it. DS had a very hard time last Feb/March. I don't want to go there again. You are right about the weather. The winds are supposed to change out of the north today and it's going to be in the low thirties the next couple of mornings. Today it was 60 this morning and will hit 70 before the winds come. Any time we have a 40 degree temp change you can count on coughing at our house. Wow...there's always a lot to say about this topic. Hope she hangs tough...I'm sure she is a trouper!

I'd love to do that some day - I have tons of footage and photos. I think I need to look into the software I'd need to convert the analog to digital files, and get a DVD burner in this laptop.

It definitely gave me a good Disney fix that would be so awesome!

Well, the kids are parading around the house in various different outfits this morning.....

What made my day really great was when a mom and daughter walked up to my table

Boy...I had a heck of a time getting rid of that headache yesterday. With enough caffiene and a couple of pills I was able to play cards last night. My friend made delicious steaks! The bad part was my stomach starting hurting. When it rains it pours. I'm just pooped out right now.

DS lost his football game in a heartbreaking last minute touchdown. DH said it was so sad. The good news is that DS scored his first touchdown of the season and a second extra point. I was jumping up and down for him but very sad I missed it.All in all life is life...some ups and some downs.

Well, Chris and I just got home from a hectic day up at the theatre. Of course now that most of the stuff is constructed people are showing up to help and I don't have enough leaders to send them around too. I am getting so annoyed!

We are meeting Chris's brother and his wife, plus a couple of my old TDS friends from Lubbock for diner. They want to meet at 7...um, its 6:30 and I'm sitting here in a towel...I wanted to meet at 8 and am in noooo hurry to get there. Frankly, if I didn't need a drink I wouldn't be going!

I can't believe I couldn't find anywhere to go today in Petie! My back is feeling a little bit better, but the tradeoff is that I'm in no shape to drive. Ah well, it's well worth it to not be in so much pain.

Britt got smacked in the eye at her practice today. The coach told her she was done, and made her sit for the rest of the practice. She told her she didn't want me to hunt her down!

I want a pool so bad! that would be incredible!!! I bet that coach didn't want you coming after her that sounds like an awesome house!

its good to hear that 2x is having a great time...the weather here is gorgeous too...dh just got home from work and said "its 68 degrees out! Im turning off the a.c!" hope you all up in the cooler weather are keeping warm! I had a fun day, finally got a hair cut (its been since February) and a makeover at Chanel to try out the new fall colors...I bought the lip gloss only, their stuff is so expensive! but they did give me a goodie bag. hope everyone is having a great weekend, I didnt spend much time online so I am still way behind!

We've been back from St. Louis for about 1/2 an hour. I'm really kind of tired.
After the slot car show we drove to St.Louis Mills Mall so Nathan could go to the Speedpark. We ate at Chevy's. It was OK; I don't think I was in a Mexican mood.

Well, the kids are watching Transformers for about the 347th time.
That's okay, though....I enjoy the movie as well.

I asked Kenny if he wanted to watch it yesterday and he said no. I couldn't believe it! It is a pretty good movie!!!

Well, it looks like I will probably be going on medication for my diabetes. My levels had been really good, but now they are starting to creep up. This morning my fasting level was 103 (needs to be under 95) and after breakfast it was 183 (it needs to be under 135).

Tomorrow is DHs 40th birthday and I have nothing, it sort of creeped up on me like everyone else's. He says all he wants is a guilt free hunting trip......Not quite sure what he meant by that!

Nicole: The CP would be so awesome! I wish I'd known about it when I was in college. I went to UCF in Orlando for a year and had no idea it even existed! I knew a lot of college kids worked at WDW but I just figured it was because they were a big employer in the area. Maybe if I'd known about it, I would have stayed in Orlando a little longer. Oh well, it is what it is. Funny thing -- I didn't become such a big Disney nut until I moved far away. When I lived closer, it was just another overpriced thing to do. D'oh!

I wish you guys could have seen it Kenny tells the waiter "when I got here, I weighed 41, I must be up to 46 after all this good food" I was cracking up!!!

he kept going on and on about it. Like...did you have any idea we'd get THAT much food He loved dipping in the cheese. cooking the meats. He loves shrimp, so he was in heaven! The filet was fantastic!! the dipping sauces were very good!!! We had the "big meal out" or something like that. We got the flaming turtle for dessert omg that was delicious!!! Since I had brought the "free dessert" coupon he just had us order the bigger meal and took the $15 off our bill it was awesome! then we're walkin out and Kenny is still going on....did you have any idea we'd be there THAT long??? everyone was getting a kick out of him. It was awesome!! He says it's his favorite! It was great food, it was fun, great atmosphere... excellent for sure!!!! I see why you guys like it so well!!! we'll go back for sure!!

Of coarse we went to the other mall and stopped at TDS and grabbed a few good things. A snowglobe, pins, the canvas "Oswald"... very cool stuff then Costco for some goodies. We dropped Mike off to watch his race and then Kenny and I just did some shopping the two of us. He loves that alone time so we ended up at Toys R Us, go figure I let him buy some toys, then he decided he'd rather go see "the Bee Movie" some other time...so we headed home. I was wiped out! Yesterday we went to church and Kenny and I were complete couch potatoes watching movies in the Disney room great weekend!!!

yeah...Good stuff!!! I'm ready for more dessert now!!! WOW!!!

I've been staying away from the mall and TDS because it's too easy to spend $$$ there, they have all these sales and great deals and before I know it my wallet is empty!! Now you are making me want to go to the Melting Pot, it's been soooo long since I've been to one. Hmmmm, maybe next time XBF wants to go to dinner.... We had a couch potato day on Saturday, I love those days! The kids get too crabby though if they're cooped up for too long, usually I kick them outside but it's going to be too cold soon so I'll have to come up with more stuff to do. Looks like we'll be taking more trips to the free museums!

I keep finding new cool features on the Cruiser -- like a trip timer that runs only when the car is on. It takes me 7.8 minutes to get to work and it's exactly 3 miles door to door. I know nobody cares, but I found it interesting.

I had a 15% off coupon that was burning a hole in my pocket can't waste those!! Yes, the Melting Pot was so good!!! I knew it would be after listening to you guys, but wow!!! We really enjoyed it!
Yeah, not fun when its too cold to go out and they get cranky!! I think Kenny and I will be playing Wii this winter Museums sound fun too!!

7.8 minutes and 3 miles!!! THAT would be so awesome!!!! Its nice to see how many miles to empty tank too I check that one frequently since I have to fill up every other day or so talk about $$$ flying out of the pockets!
