I think I found my car!! There's 2 to choose from, a 2005 purple one or a 2006 blue one with a few more miles for a little less money. Both are gorgeous! Dad's getting all excited now and wants to trade in HIS car instead, and then he'll fix & drive my old one. Confused yet? I am! He offered to help with the financing too if I can't get a good rate, I can just cosign.

Off to the dealership... wish me luck!

Hey guys,

There's a job fair at school today and I got to talking with the representative from the Disney College Program, and I've decided to apply! I've gone back and forth for a while about it. I don't want to leave Houston, but I know if I never even try I'll always wonder. I need to see if I could even afford to do it with all my bills! I'm thinking I will apply for the the spring semester. I'd like to apply for the fall semester (MNSSHP & MVMCP!!!! ) but I want to be able to go on the Cliqueless trip! So......I guess if I get accepted that means no Vegas for me either. I NEED to do this and not chicken out like I always do!!!!

Okay......

I got an e-mail from a recruiter just before lunch. Said she found my resume online. Said she had 2 potential job opportunities in Florida for me. One is in Tampa and the other is in Clearwater. Said she wanted me to call her ASAP.

So, I go to lunch and call her. She said that my resume is one of the best she has seen. Wants to send it over to this company in Tampa today. She said that I should probably even expect a call from this company this afternoon.

Asked questions about when could I be there. Was I sure I was ready to go? Things like that.

She said this one particular company is just about ready to hire someone NOW.

The company in Clearwater isn't in quite a big a hurry.

So.....she sent my resume.....so now we'll see how this one goes....


By the way......is it sad that you guys are the first to know about this.....the FIRST.

I've been busy trying to get ready for Halloween

I have carved 3 pumpkins, Bree carved one and I still have one to go. I got on the computer to find a template.

It is going to be weird having kids come by while it is still light, since the DST switch isn't until this weekend. Of course no one told the computers at school. We came back Monday and the clocks were all an hour off. Came back the next day and the hour was right but now they are 2 minutes off. I have no idea why they can never get that right.
