Good evening everyone!!! I just finished doing a super-duper catch-up of all the goings on of the last week. You guys have all been busy and it sounds like everyone had a pretty great holiday!
Lets see what I can remember...
Lyzziesmom, so sorry about the ordeal with Lyzzies dad, he sounds like a jerk. At least she has an awesome mom to be there for her when she gets let down!!!!!
Nicole, I thought that was you! But, I also thought your number was in my phone, and it wasn't! I'm sorry, I would have texted you back if I had been sure. I tried to text you later in the trip and thats when I figured out that I did not have your number in my phonebook. But, here is what I was going to text you.
Funny things you overhear at WDW. "No, thats a picture of what Disney World used to be; Disneyland doesn't have a castle. This was said by a mother to her kid at 50's PrimeTime. The clip of Walt's dedication speech for DL came on and the little girl said something about it being Disneyland...and mom just had to correct her! I spit coke out of my mouth....
That guy you had to deal with was a jerk! I used to have to deal with that, but another manager at a New Orleans store tipped me off...She told me that when I talk to them on the phone to politely tell them I will check my security footage from that day to verify that the items were left behind, then ask for the time and date of the transaction. 9 times out of 10 they suddenly remembered what happened to their stuff. Hehehe
Dznyfan, that picture of Erin is so gorgeous! I'm glad your dad liked his book!
Pozey, an iPhone! I'm a bit afraid of those, so many buttons! I hope Chase had a wonderful birthday.
YM, for some reason I didn't realize we were going to be there at the same time...I thought that you left the same day we got there, and I have no idea why I thought that! I bet we were all walking the Osborne lights that night at the same time!!!!!!
Well, our trip was great and I plan to write a trip report this week while I am off work. But, for Christmas Chris and I put together a website for my mom's floral and wedding business and I am trying to help her get things off the ground. My mom is a great wedding consultant and florist, but she doesn't take the steps she needs to to actually become certified and known; she just thinks that things will fall into her lap without her doing much, so I am planning on spending at least the next few days trying to push her into realizing that she might actually have to spend money to become a planner... If you want to check out her website it is
www.everafterblooms.com but the contact section doesn't work yet...
