Lyzziesmom- It sounds like you had a great time! I can't wait to see pics!

Linda- Those pics crack me up!:rotfl: You're right, there are worse things you could be addicted to!

Michelle and Lesa- I hope you are having a great time!

I need to cancel the room at MGM but don't want to just yet. It makes me sad to think about it. :( Well, it's more money for Disney.

Good morning, everyone!! UnderDog:: I did a little research and came up with a surprise for breakfast this morning. This is for you and all the work you go to preparing our evening snack!!

Donna

Donna OMG... This is the BEST! I just love it. It's a Beatles day:cool2:

Good morning DznyFan...sounds like you had a nice evening. Are we going to see you on the history channel?
Nah. :rotfl:

Nope, no celebrity here....
Linda, I loved the photos - especially the ones of the kids a pickin' and a grinnin'!

Michele - enjoy Vero!! I really want to get out there some time - don't see it happening in the next couple years though...

Nicole, it stinks that you're not going to be able to make your trip! I'm sorry.

Lyzziesmom, it sounds like you had a great weekend with the girls! What a fun trip.

I'm off to bed soon - ya'll have a great evening!

Nicole: That's what I always tell myself (and why I didn't stay at the Hilton this weekend)... more money for Disney!

Linda: Those pictures are too funny! Especially the boys picking everything they can. Lyzzie's been going through a phase where she picks everything too, and then she gets mad when I call her out on it. Sorry, but if you've got your hand down your pants in public I'm going to say something!

When I lived in FL there was this big fireworks warehouse, the place would have a line out the door starting in mid-June because they had fantastic sales... they made you sign a paper saying that you would use them only for commercial use. Yeah right, like there were that many thousands of people setting off commercial fireworks! I asked about it on the one time I shopped there, and the clerk told me you could sign John Doe for all they cared, as long as they had a signed paper for every transaction they were covered. Sort of defeats the purpose, I think!

The girls are in their beds just chattering away, telling stories & singing songs. It's so cute to eavesdrop and I hate to shush them! Emma keeps yelling "Action Fingers!" (from a show they like to watch, a spoof on action figures) and Lyzzie yelled, "No, it's Action Nose!" Boy would I have loved to see the gestures that accompany that one.

OH I almost forgot... exBF text messaged me yesterday to ask me & the girls out to dinner, and I of course had to decline because I was in Nebraska. Then he called tonite saying he was up the street and would we like to go out for ice cream? I felt SO bad but I had to say no... all the zoo food was catching up to me (yick!) and I was trying to get the kids to sleep, plus I was in my unattractive jammies with my glasses on & no makeup. Not the look I want him to see right now! I tried to make sure he knew it was just bad timing... but it's kind of nice to appear to be "hard to get." Man I hate this stuff. It would be great if things could work out eventually... who knows?

Did you guys see that? I turned down an offer for FREE ICE CREAM! I must be more tired than I thought.

Ok...I can but only because you mentioned the word JAMMIES!!!!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Good Morning!

Thanks for breakfast Donna!

Thanks for the snack Underdog!

Ym- I have no clue why your singing!:rotfl:

Lin- Welcome back! I can't wait to hear how your trip went!

Dznyfan- That's cool about your interview!

Well, now my Vegas trip is up in the air. My cousin has to work those days, she is a flight attendant. So I have no clue what I'll end up doing.

Tink - U R entirely welcome...

YM - Who can stop singing Beatle tunes? I know why you’re singing. :goodvibes

:rolleyes1 "sometimes I play the fool":dance3:

Oops... Did I miss something? Is jammies somehow funnier than PJs or pajamas? Or am I just too tired to "get it?"

I know...my humor is hard to follow. I say jammies too...and that would be one thing I would turn ice cream down for also(if it meant I could stay in my jammies:rotfl: )! Sorry I lost you on that one.

This was part of the introduction for a BBC program called "The Public Ear" recorded on October 9, 1963.:)

Aha! YM, I figured it was something like that, but I had that feeling for a minute that you get when you think you've been left out of the joke. You're right... jammies trump ice cream any day! Of course it wasn't until a few minutes later that I realized I could have slapped on some lip gloss and pants and asked him to BRING ice cream.

Ok you guys asked for it, pictures to follow....
remember these are unedited, uncropped, un-color-corrected, fresh-out-the-camera photos. Just a *few* of my favorites.

On our way into the zoo... can you feel the excitement?

Quick story behind this one: as we were perusing a vending machine, some idiot woman was walking backwards and tripped over Emma's stroller. She actually fell ON TOP of Emma in her stroller and broke a piece of the stroller off, the bar that goes in front of Emma and holds her in. Emma held her head and said it hurt, the woman got up, dusted herself off, watched me pick up the pieces of the stroller, said, "I'm not hurt" and walked off! Emma turned out not to be hurt but she was very upset about the stroller (as am I!) and had to call Grammy right away and tell her all about it. This photo is of her on the phone relating the story of "a naughty lady walked backwards and broke my stroller and she was SO NAUGHTY!"

Great pictures of the girls...thanks for sharing. Looks like a nice zoo.

My very excellent copilot
ETA: See that dome in the background? Emma saw it and said, "Look! It's Epcot!" It was actually the desert environment at the zoo -- very cool but probably disappointing after thinking we were at Epcot.

This is the last batch... I promise! (Unless anyone wants more, there are PLENTY more where these came from. Although I don't think I can shoot quite as fast as Linda... how on earth do you pick your favorites?)

I just love the look on Emma's face here

Sell the all my Kodak stock and buy 2000 shares of Disney!!!!!:rotfl2:

Good one! I always get the funniest pictures of the kids, but can't think of great captions for them. Of course, there's usually nothing funnier than what they were actually saying.

I just realized that out of all of the ZOO pictures I just posted, only two acutally have ANIMALS in them... unless of course you count my girls.
