Sorry to hear about your dryer Donna. I'm glad you were able to get it fixed so quickly. I hate to think what would happen if you had to wait a few days. It's a little to chilly to hang clothes outside.

Today is the second day I have mailed postcards for both Matt and myself. I will let you know if we receive anything.

Hi everyone. We are getting a nice ice storm here in Delaware. Hopefully it will clear up before tomorrow afternoon when I need to head to work.

Linda-Yay for Kenny’s school closing! I always loved it when we were able to stay home from school.

Those pix are awesome. I love the "mine mine" too I'm glad Kennys school will be closed again. I'll stay home and play w/him Hope your area will be ok for the commute! I'm so glad they cancelled tonight. That was the best when you found out before you woke up or got out of bed. I remember a few times they cancelled when you're up and ready to go... then you try to go back to bed...uhhh! Oh well Have a great one and be careful in the morning!

Ruby sounds like such a cutie. I have two dacshunds Buddy and Sammi. Buddy is 3 and Sammi is 6 months old. Neither have been to Florida but I know they would love it. They both love to lay in the sun and catch the rays.

Hi, everyone!! It seems to have been a busy day on the Dis today!!! I'm posting while I' waiting for dinner to finish cooking itself.
The snow hit early this afternoon. Sis and I left work early ince we live about 6 miles out of town in the country. I left my stubborn mother at work!!! I tried to get her to close early but she said "we have a business to run." I don't want to sound unappreciative of my mom, but it was snowing like crazy outside with ice underneath.....she needed to get home!!!
I just tried calling her house and there was no answer.....now the cleaners' phone is busy!!!! I need to turn that lady over my knee!!

Ym and 2x2s:: Love your pics!!! Makes me want to go back!!! My pics are not the best but I still have the memories.

The story----Sherri, YM, Donna and I were watching the Pirate Tutorial and Capt. Jack looked my way and said that he is saving me for port.

Okay kids, I have been here waaaay tooooo long today. My doctor even had to reach me by cell phone this afternoon. Oops.

It's funny how doing nothing is tiring. And smart me, just looked outside at my car. Why I didn't get the bright idea of cleaning it off earlier is beyond me. Now I get to do this lovely task at 6am because I have to be at work by 7am. Lovely.(see, I'm repeating myself)

Anyway, I am going to read a bit (Plum Lovin') and then try to get some sleep. I didn't even nap on my unexpected day off----imagine that.
