Who here is not in the "clique" like me? Part 3

Good morning my little cliqueless clickers!! ONE MONTH, woohooOOOOO!!

I think a 5pm WCC dinner would be great. That way we will still have enough time at whichever other park we may be at earlier that day without feeling too rushed, and I think being one of the first to be seated for dinner will help the dinner go quickly. Maybe. Then we should have plenty of time to get over to the MK immediately after. I don't think I'm going to be dressing up because I don't have anything wenchy or princessy (although I might borrow one of Lyzzie's tiaras!). I've been thinking I might get Emma a princess costume though. I showed her a really cute Tinkerbell one at Target and she said, "Eeeewwwww!!" I don't know what that was about.

Linda, at least your decision as to when to tell Kenny has been made. I'm so glad he's home with you again! That stinks that you can't trust the ex not to tell him, but it's so cute that he is so excited! I will have to show Emma pictures of Kenny again so she will remember who he is. That's sweet that he wants to meet her! I'm sure she will drive him nuts because she is into a "copycat" phase, especially with other kids once she feels comfortable with them.

Those Mickey waffles look delicious Donna! Just the thing to get me in the mood for the Disney trip! It's getting so I can hardly think of anything else.

I think I am going to plan on 50's PTC for Sunday lunch. Anyone care to join me?

Amber: that is very weird about the Incredible Shrinking Coke Glasses! Did you get charged the same amount for each refill? Maybe the glasses appeared smaller but actually held the same amount?

2x: I think we will ALL feel like Buddy the Elf next month. "Hey, I know you! I KNOW you!!" I saw one of those photomosaic puzzles at Target last week and I thought the same thing you did: Oh heck no! I like puzzles as much as the next guy, but I don't like when a puzzle makes me feel stupid. I do that to myself enough. I forgot to tell you... back when you had your sappy moment, I was thinking YES! That sounds exactly right. Took the words out of my mouth, Babe.

My mom almost took Lyzzie to school today, but school doesn't start again until tomorrow! Good thing I mentioned something last night, so she looked it up and *gasp!* wonder of wonders, I was RIGHT!! So today was my last day of sleeping in for a while.

I was such a lazy bum all weekend, I haven't left the house since Friday! It felt pretty weird to be putting on makeup & clothes today instead of just changing into clean jammies.

Happy 2007 to all my Cliqueless friends!!

Before I go---did anyone happen to see this in some peoples' siggies????

milkcartoncopy.jpg

Apparently we are not the only ones who desperatetly miss our little guy!!!!

That is too funny!! You should add him to your sig. Perhaps in place of your ever-broken tickers?

I told him that he would get to a lot of the people we talk to on here and that Emma would be there so he is so excited:cool2: It didn't take Mike and Kenny long to get going..."I'm the master, I'm the man"...back and forth... I think they missed each other. At dinner Mike asked Kenny if he missed him while he was gone...Kenny said Yes.... He asked him why...Kenny says..."b/c I love you!":cloud9: It was so sweet!!!
Have a good day!! Hope the treatments are going well.

Emma is getting excited about the trip too! I asked her if she was going on an airplane, and she ran to put her shoes on - I had to explain that it's not right now but soon. She keeps talking about what she will see at Disney World but tells me the fireworks are too loud and scary! She says, "I see fireworks like this!" and then she sticks her fingers in her ears and buries her face in my shoulder. Which pretty much IS how she watches them! She also wants to see "Donald Duck movie" (Philharmagic) and "Dub-mo big elephant goes up in sky like this Wheee!!"

I found my Disney gift card that I used as spending money on my last trip, I also bought a bunch of things online with it after I got back. I thought it had a few bucks left on it & was going to buy more stuff online. I checked the balance: $96 and change!! Woohooo!! :woohoo: I decided to save that for the trip so I'll have more spending money!!

pozey: Lyzzie went to see Night at the Museum last week. She really liked it! I kind of wanted to see it too. That's nice that Mrs. Pozey has the day off. I don't get another paid holiday until Memorial Day!! That feels VERY far off.

This post is taking me forever to get done, I keep getting interrupted by work. The nerve!!

Nicole... if you do want a bottle of wine, I can ship you some. I can even add some pecans since your nice co-worker helped themselves:snooty: ...

A bottle of wine sounds good!

"Where, oh where has my little smilie gone,
where, oh where can he be??"

:sad2: :sad2:

*sigh*

I miss the little guy too. It's just not the same without him. :(

Just a quick hi and then I need to free up my (I mean Wilma needs to) line. I am once again waiting for a phone call from my doctor's office. Apparently my treatment schedule is all messed up......long story.

I hope you can get it worked out.

Amber-----I answered one of your questions over on the restaurant board-----was just browsing and knew an answer and here it was you. I felt like a version of Elf-------"AMBER......I KNOW HER!!!!!":lmao: :lmao:

 I saw your response!

Thanks for heads up on the puzzle. I remember seeing the ones you posted, thinking "NO WAY".:headache:

For some reason Mike thought those would be a good idea. He once bought a puzzle of ALL the Simpsons characters (literally ALL of them). He started helping, but then gave. I put the whole thing together by myself.

Amber: that is very weird about the Incredible Shrinking Coke Glasses! Did you get charged the same amount for each refill? Maybe the glasses appeared smaller but actually held the same amount?

No, the were definitely smaller each time. Even the straws got smaller. The first glass had a normal straw, but by the last drink the straw was like a coffee stirrer. :rotfl: Very strange.

:woohoo: There's nothing better than found money!

Awww:cloud9: :cloud9: Maybe Kenny will be able to help her enjoy herself more... She'll probably prefer the view of Wishes from Ohana:thumbsup2 That's too cute she ran to put her shoes onprincess: she's ready to GO!!! Me too!!!! We're going to have so much fun...I can hardly take it!! Way to go finding your gift card:woohoo: !! Kenny drew me a picture of the castle w/fireworks in the sky...too cute! The nerve them wanting you to work:sad2: same here...but I'm just not in the mood today:rolleyes1

Nicole, blackberry wine it is ;):drinking1

pozey...awww Courtney got to spend some time w/grandma and grandpa... I bet you can't wait to get her back home!!:cheer2:

Blackberry wine, sounds delicious!!

Although after last weekend, I've decided I can't do more than 3 or 4 drinks in an evening. This poor old body just can't take it anymore!

Good morning, Crew!!! It's back to work/school for some of us today...the first work day of the new year!! How about some Mickey Waffles to get us back in the Disney spirit?::MickeyMo

I hope everyone has a Tiggerific Tuesday!!!

Good morning Michele!!!:wave2:

Yeah, back to work which is school for me today. It was okay, the kids seemed a bit tired which was the same way I felt. I can't believe I missed this lovely breakfast this morning though.

Karen

Hi Karen...glad you stopped back by to check out breakfast! My kids were just that...TIRED and cranky. My first grader tried to pull the "I don't feel good" this morning. Had he not played all day yesterday....hmmm? I think it will take more than one night of regular bedtimes to get them back on track!

Hey convention crew... what do you think will be a good time for breakfast at Kona? I know when we first talked Kona...I think Linda was wanting to get to MGM early morning entry Sat? Is that right Linda? What do you all think about Monday am for Kona? We will have WCC early evening? I did notice it was early morning entry for AK? When are we going to fit all this in? Is that enough questions for one post? I just wanted to get a Kona breakfast reservation....opinions PLEASE!!!!!

ETA: I think lyzziesmom mentioned 1900 Park Fare breakfast for Emma...so this would be fun too. We have three mornings for breakfast...let's get some reservations!

I'm back after a short break to go down to the lake. I really didn't mean to make that rhyme. And it's been busy here at work.

Hi, Karen, welcome!

Thanks for breakfast, Donna!

YM - we had no kiddos stay overnight. They all left at 11:00.

Lyzziesmom - I'm with you, only I've gotten to where I can't drink anything otherwise I feel awful! I tried to have 2 glasses of wine this weekend, and woke up the next morning with a headache. I tried to have a white russian and a glass of wine on NYE, and then didn't sleep worth a flip. I don't understand - I can drink 2 glasses of wine, and be ready to go to sleep right then. But, then when I do go to bed, I CAN'T sleep - which I already have problems with. I give up.

Linda - I'm so glad Kenny is back home with you! Did his stay with his father go better this time than the last one? No unusual events this time?

Wow - you convention'ears' are a month away from the trip! We're busily planning this upcoming June trip - I've got most of our ADR's made, and kicking around either going back for a long weekend in Oct or Dec.

And lastly, I need a nap. :wave2:

We're busily planning this upcoming June trip - I've got most of our ADR's made, and kicking around either going back for a long weekend in Oct or Dec. Some close friends of ours have an 19 month old, and they want to take her next fall some time, and want us to go. We have taken them to WDW before, and they want to go while she's little before they work on baby #2. And we finally decided definitely on a LONG sea/land trip for Erin's graduation in '08.

And lastly, I need a nap. :wave2:

Hey Dznyfan....convention'ears'....isn't that clever! How nice to have so many Disney trips in the works. I think we "might" be planning a Hawaii trip this fall so DH will never go for a Disney trip anytime soon. I'm so glad I get to take this short trip in Feb.

Hope you get to bed early...or at least a little nap. I did get one tiny nap today.:cloud9:

Hello, Crew!! Did you notice my signature?? I just HAD to steal 2x2s's missing smilie!!!!pirate:

I will be more than happy to make the ADR's for WCC on Monday evening. We do probably need some input about which park/parks some of you had in mind for what days. I have been looking forward to eating at Kona and have never been to 1900 Park Fare.

Hello, Crew!! Did you notice my signature?? I just HAD to steal 2x2s's missing smilie!!!!pirate:
Well, I just got caught up reading all of your great posts!! :goodvibes

I had to steal the "Have you seen me" milk carton for my siggie. It's great!!

Linda:: So glad you have your Kenny home!! It really stinks that you had to tell him but I agree, it's better that the news come from you than from his dad.

Ain't this the truth!
I even try drinking water in between my drinks to help keep me hydrated but I still wake up with a headache and not feeling well. I admit I did end up drinking a bit too much on New Years.
Reminds me of our dining experience at Ragland Road. I never did tell you guys about that but IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!! We had an absolute blast w/ the live music and the atmosphere. . . it was just terrific!! But, I had a little too much there too.

Notice the glazed over look to my eyes?

I still need to at least show you guys the rest of the pictures even if I don't remember all of the details.

Hey Karen, glad you were able to stop back by today! Glad to see ya'! :wave2:

Well, I think I'll share some more stories and pictures with you all. . .

stay tuned for my next post. . . :happytv:

Ok here's what I'm thinking and I need the opinions of all the Cliqueless ConventionEars (I love that!)

Fri 2/02
Arrival day
Epcot day: evening EMH
LeCellier 4pm - we have ADR already (thanks Linda!)

Sat 2/03
MGM day: morning EMH
Breakfast: on our own (I like Starring Rolls Cafe)
Lunch: 50s Prime Time Cafe
Dinner: 'Ohana 7:15pm - we have ADR already (thanks again Linda!)

Sun 2/04
Breakfast: 1900 Park Fare (I will make ADR - let me know who's interested)
Park: ??? (not sure which park to go to this day - maybe split between Epcot then MK?)
This can be sort of a "free" day with no lunch/dinner reservations so we can do counter service or just whatever each of us wants.
Evening EMH at MK

Mon 2/05
AK day: morning EMH
WCC 5pm (Donna will try for ADR)
Pirate & Princess Party: 7:30pm at MK

Tues 2/06
Breakfast: Kona Grill. Sort of a "last hurrah" farewell meal before everyone leaves for home.
Park: ??? (go back to catch anything that was missed before going home)

What do you all think?? I tried to make it so we hit each park at least once, but of course if anyone has any other ideas we can change plans or split into mini-groups. I'm just trying to get the ball rolling & have been PMing with a couple of you trying to nail down some details.

When you all PM me with your cell phone #'s, can you also send me your arrival/departure times?

April, those pictures look great!

I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one who can't handle my liquor anymore. I felt so bad on Saturday that I didn't even want to drink anything on New Years Eve, so now I have a fridge full of wine coolers that will probably sit there for a very long time!

Sat. morning for Kona sounds fine to me if we can get in early to get to the parks. I think we're pretty safe this time of year. It shouldn't be that crowded. I see lyzziesmom penciled it in for Tues...that's fine too. whatever works best. no biggie. Are you guys staying at Hale KOA in Hawaii? we haven't decided when to go... we were hoping this year...but depends what the surgeon says etc. w/Mikes back and everything. I know they have great rates for military ;)

I'm back after a short break to go down to the lake. I really didn't mean to make that rhyme. And it's been busy here at work.

that sounds like a fantastic trip! I am so happy he's home too. He said the only thing his dad got him was a bb gun and an airplane. which he's taking the plane back b/c the charger didn't come w/it or something and that's $50...so he's just taking it back:sad2: I asked him what he opened Christmas morning from Santa. He said santa left a note that his gifts were at his stepmoms house...he got stickers, a water bottle, a kite....a batman outfit...Other than the bruise/knot between his eyes from shooting his dads gun...and him letting him call twice in 9 days... I guess it could have been much worse.

that sounds/looks great to me :)!!! :cheer2:  I asked Kenny if he was going to ride some rides w/Emma and he says...SURE... like DUH... I'll keep calling about a later adr for LeCellier too... or if you happen to snag one, let me know.

welcome sparklespaz :)

Hey Sparklespaz, stop by anytime!!

Alright I'm getting a little jealous of all of the upcoming convention itineraries!! Put me down for next convention for sure!!:thumbsup2

2x2 I'm going to have to put that milk carton in my siggie too, love it!:lmao:

I'm a lightweight drinker now too, I can have a glass or 2 of wine and I'm feeling fine (poet:rotfl2: ) and be ready for bed but more than that and I get a headache the next morning. I don't know why that is now, because back in the day that would've been nothing. I guess it's because a) I'm old now b) I'm old now and c) I'm out of practice.....and oh yeah I'M OLD NOW!! The funny thing is I remember being 21 out on Saturday night and there would be 30 year olds out and I'd think ewww so old!:rotfl: Now at 35 I realize that ain't so old!!

Connor dosen't go back to school until January 9th!!:scared1: It's been good having him home though and as crazy as it gets here during the day I'll miss him when he's back at school.

Alright Darin being a sweet husband got me a belated Christmas Gift today a new digital camera since some of you may remember my other one died at Disney. It's also a Koday Easy Share but it's a Z...something and you can do short videos on it and it takes great pictures. Anyway I stuck my other memory card in and got my pictures off of it from our Thanksgiving trip so here are some of those pictures!! I am confident that my new camera will take better pictures!! :)
