eta..actually some teachers around here celebrate 1/2 birthdays for the kids that have birthdays over the summer that is sweet!

I'll have to give them a call. I was actually kind of embarrassed to leave it there. My car is decked out in Tinkerbell! I have Tink car mats and one on my rearview mirror and another one on the dashboard!

I'm sure they have seen it all at least I'm sure your car was clean. Have you seen those cars with so much garbage inside that you wonder how the driver fits??

I work w/a few guys that drive cars like that pretty nasty too. His own brother won't get in his car! He's afraid he'll find a hamburger from HS under his seats

Anyone else having trouble getting to Disboards? I keep getting a “Cannot find server” error message. But again by using my magnificent computer knowledge, here I am.

Well, the boys have their swim meet finals tonight. They’ve been working really hard at practice, so hopefully their hard work will pay off tonight.

It may be the last meet for awhile for Chase. He will begin baseball practice in the next month, so he probably will not have time to both swim and play baseball. And baseball is his favorite, so that will take precedence over swimming. The swim teem has about 4 rounds of meets each year, so he will probably only miss 1 round of meets. Baseball season only lasts from April through June in the league he plays in. He may play in a different league during summer.

Yeah, I have seen some other people’s vehicles that look like trash dumps on the inside. Where you can tell where they’ve eaten………for the past 2 weeks……

But not mine. Clean as a whistle on the inside. Not always spotless, but pretty close.

pozey: I was having trouble sporadically this morning, but since returning from lunch everything seems fine. Maybe my computer just needed a break? Your boys certainly are busy! We got a brochure about Girl Scout sleepaway camp the other day and Lyzzie is all fired up and ready to go. It's very affordable too, only $175 for 7 days/6 nights, and it's right here on the other side of KC. I think we'll go to the Open House next month and see if we like the facility before making a final decision. The only thing she is worried about is the food. I told her not to worry, if I survived sleepaway camp she will too, even if she eats nothing but potato chips, goldfish crackers and ice cream - like I did.

Michele: I was going to say that my car is one of those garbage-filled cars, but mine is NOT actual garbage. It's just clutter - the kids are constantly leaving stuff in the backseat, insisting that it "belongs" in the car, and I forget to look back there on a daily basis. Oops! but trust me... there are no decades-old burgers in there!! That's just nasty!

My car is clean it just has some umbrellas, a jacket and some other small stuff in it.

Lyzziesmom- That is a great price for GS camp! I used to love going to GS camp over the summer. Lyzzie will have a great time.

pozey...I was having a heck of a time getting on here and getting that "cant find server" too. I thought it was my computer and restarted it I was finally able to get in ok. Good luck w/Chase and baseball starting. good luck to Colton and Chase for tonights finals!!

my car has some clutter too... but considering I'm in it about 15 hrs a week, that's not so bad... a few umbrellas, a jacket, maps, Kennys booster seat, ok, probably not too bad. I keep little trash bags in there just in case we DO go through fast food and have trash Those came in handy on our drive to FL too... since Kenny got car sick

CBS 4 - CBS4) ORLANDO The theme park dubbed "The Happiest Place on Earth" proved to be just the opposite for an Orlando couple who was robbed at the end of their Disney trip.

Orlando police are looking for the suspect they say robbed the couple on the last day of their vacation.

Reports say Daryl and Melissa Minney of Columbus, Ohio, were getting ready to check out of their hotel room Sunday when they were approached inside their room by an intruder.

They had been loading their car and left their door open. When they went back to their room, the intruder stormed in with a gun and pointed it at their face.

The robber took their money and cell phones, then ordered the two into the bathroom.

No one was injured.

Hey everyone!

My weekend was quite busy! Saturday Chris and I went to the gym and then went to PF Changs before seeing Cirque du Soleil that evening, then yesterday we went to church and lunch with my parents, then came home, walked the dogs, I made a pie and we went to my friend and her DH's house for dinner. When we got home we crashed!

I finished the 7th Plum book, its my least favorite so far so now I have to start 8. These books are horrible addicting and now my theatrical brain is trying to cast all the characters for a movie. Only one I can come up with is David Duchovny as Morelli and the Napolean Dynamite guy for Mooner.

I have a new personal trainer and I went for my first session with him today. Hes a retired 52 year old NYPD cop and he is going to kick my rearend or kill me. Hes very nice though and with him I might get myself into a swimming suit on our cruise!

I have to go in at 5 for a stage set at work today and tomorrow.

Hey there Dznyfan I've had those busy times too... we miss ya and love ya!!

well we just had a co worker collapse on the floor! he was hyperventilating, going in and out of consciousness... you feel so helpless. we called 911 and the ambulance took him to the hospital. I had to call and tell his wife lots of p&pd for him. we have no idea what could have happened. Lucky it happened up here or he might have been back in the warehouse for hours w/o anyone noticing. My boss just heard a noise and decided to go up and investigate and there he was...just collapsed on the floor
