Donna - the apple fritters were fabulous!
But, I've got to confess - when I first signed on this a.m. I was scrolling back really quickly to the top of the page that post was on, and when the picture of them zipped by my eyes, my brain went "why are there pictures of large (uncooked) meatballs??" Of course when I went back through reading the posts, I discovered they were fritters. Of course they're fritters, what else would they have been. As my darling little girl would say to me when she finds I've done something odd.... freak.

pozey... I hope Courtney's dr. appointment goes well. I know you'd hate to see her in another cast, but something tells me she'd kind of dig it. I had to laugh at your DW's comment about "being Courtney" - I can just imagine. We often say the same thing about Emma. Except we say she's "being Emma". Otherwise it would just be weird.

Girls, I just finished Plum #11! Off to Target at lunchtime to buy #12. And then WHAT am I going to read next??? I also need to get a new watch battery put in, my light doesn't work anymore. I'm thinking while I'm there I might buy DBF a watch - he doesn't have one and tends to lose track of time easily. I was thinking I'd leave it on his desk before he gets to work one day with a little note about how I've been having a good time together. Get it, watch... time?? Gee, ain't I the clever one. Is that too corny?

Linda - that seems like such a strange way to attempt suicide. The poor guy & his family. Hopefully everything will turn out ok. Scary that he lives just down the street though... It'd make me wonder what harebrained scheme he'd be trying next.

She told me it is a standard room----although there are some rooms in that building that face the pool, courtyard, etc. When I asked about upgrading to a water view, this is where she started the "no guarantee" thing so I just kept it as is. I may re-think this, but who knows.

ok a fritter story, a soup story...and there was another one too???? hmmmm...

wow, that is so crazy... poor kid Mike talked to my insurance lady, she knows him!! she had a son commit suicide 18 months ago and knows this kid. she said he had a fight w/his wife and took off to go kill himself I knew a kid that he came home and caught his brother w/his wife he took off mad and rolled his vehicle and got killed. Its so sad. I wanna feel sorry for him in a way... I feel bad for his family, the poor baby... but then again, you can't just let people off w/o taking responsibilty for their actions either boy oh boy. I guess we'll start w/seeing how bad the damages are.

lyzziesmom... If I were going alone or w/just Kenny we'd share w/you..

since we're doing the combo, we're coming Feb 1st, getting 7 day park hoppers and leave the Sun. the 4th for the cruise. get back Thurs. and I haven't decided if we want to go BACK to wdw after the cruise too I'm thinking why not since Kenny will be out of school til Monday anyway right
