Who here has book a GV during December?

I am curious to see how many of you have booked a Grand Villa at your home resort for a December week long stay? Did you book day to day? Or did anyone book a GV at the 7mth window and got it?
Would like to hear your thoughts!

We are opting to do 2 two bedrooms instead of the Grand Villa(12 people going)!

We figured that we could be together as much as we want, but we would also want our own space. Not to mention... I am NOT giving up that big bedroom and jacuzi tub at SSR!!

I just finished booking my GV for December 3rd-15th. I did this day by day. Once the first call was made and all the questions answered and names given each day after was easy. Susan

I'm booking my SSR GV day by day. If it was any other room size I would have just waited and done the ressie all at once but since the available GVs are limited, and my dates are not flexible, I didn't want to take chances.

We did for OKW and booked day by day for this time.

We booked day by day for a GV at BWV from Dec. 4-11. It was my understanding that when I called on a Monday for 3 days (MS is closed on weekends) that we were reserving the last available unit after 2 hours of not getting through due to a busy signal. GV's are definitely at a premium at BWV. I can't speak for the other resorts, since this is our first ever GV ressie.

My friend was able to get me a GV at OKW from December 4-9. She booked it day by day.

We had a BWV GV last month. When we made our ressies it was at the 11 month window and it was done day by day.
