DS & I havent been yet. Kinda difficult to go when it's been raining every weekend.

I haven't been swimming yet either. Aside from the rain, the temps haven't warmed up th water enough for swimming. Dd's went swimming last week but the pool temp was only 60. At the rate we're going here, I'll save a ton on sunblock!

ME! :(
Ive been in my house, wearing sweats, looking outside at the nice clean pool...getting filled with rain water. DH did hop in it once to clean it.
Hopefully tomorrow! ;)

When we where in Disney in May....otherwise no and I had the opportunity this past weekend. Right now swimming doesn't appeal to me...I need for the weather to get a little hotter.

seriously.....we filled the pool on friday and it should be ready today or tomorrow.......I mean warm up enough to go into water

havn't even been on the beach yet:(

If you asked me this on Friday, I would've joined in, but I went swimming this weekend.:) It was a bit too cold to go swimming though.

DH has taken the kids (much to his delight - not). I haven't yet. I've been dealing with a heel spur and my foot has been wrapped to help ease the pain. With any luck, tonight will be the end of it. Then we'll be off to the pool. We finally got some nice hot weather to go with it.:teeth:

Just a few weeks until our beach vacation.:D :sunny:

I guess I don't count because we have been swimming at least once or twice a week for the last three weeks. Been too hot over here. It is 95 degrees now and steamy, sure would love to jump in the pool!

It has been unseasonably cool here this year. We usually start swimming in May. Our kids get out of school before Memorial Day and we're typically in our pool every day. This year there have been days at a time that it's been too cold or too rainy. But, on the flip side, we hit 100 degrees earlier than usual at the end of May, then it cooled off again and started raining. It's been weird!

I've been waiting!! We opened our pool last week because we were having a Graduation/pool party this past Saturday. Well, of course it was raining and cold. But the kids got in anyway. It was a light drizzle, so I let them go in. They only stayed 20 minutes and then came out. This weather has got to get better soon.

It was nice swimming when we were at Disney but I have since went swimming at Cassie's birthday party and my company picnic and the water was cold...brrrrrr..

Thank goodness for my Disney trip in May (lots of heat and swimming), because I have barely seen the sun since. This is making me so mad – it finally looks like we’re getting some summer weather for a few days, but of course it’s during the week when I’m at work. My sister has a pool and I keep telling her I’ll be there over the weekend if the weather is nice, but there hasn’t been ONE nice weekend since March!

I'm just curious as to why people won't swim when it's raining. Do you not want to get wet when you're swimming?;)

That's what I figured when I let the kids swim on Saturday while it was drizzling. But, if I saw any sign of lightning, out they come!

We went swimming at the lake yesterday. It was really nice! :) 88 degrees here. DD loved it.

We haven't been yet. It's too hot to leave the house! :p Actually, we just haven't meandered down to the community pool and found out what we need to do to visit it yet.

I haven't. It's been too rainy/cold/icky to even contemplate swimming.

I haven't been yet, and what's really bad about that is we have a pool in our backyard, LOL! I am very temperature high maintenance, and I won't swim until the water is about 78-80 degrees. :teeth:
