We used TTS and they were GREAT!! We dealt with Jerry Sydow who was wonderful. Everyone that we spoke with was friendly, patient and helpful. They handled everything!! Your experience with them will be the same I'm sure!

We've used Pat/TSS on a couple of resales that went smoothly. We had one ROFR with Jason. TSS did not have what we needed in inventory so we used DVC by Resale and that went very smoothly as well. We really liked the closing agent at DVC by Resale. She was very accommodating meeting us at BWV to complete the paperwork because we were in WDW in the timefame papers needed to be signed.

We purchased 2 separate contracts from Pat. Everything went smooth. If they have what you are looking for in their inventory, you won't go wrong.

We are currently in the process of purchasing DVC through the TSS. Disney used the ROFR on our first (not through the TSS) and second (TSS) attempt to purchase. The TSS has been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful thoughtout the process.

The bids we made on the first 2 properties were not low and were in line with other properties listed. Hopefully this property will go through.
