Who has used a towncar/limo service to your home airport?

For next year's WDW trip, I really need to go in early February. I hate driving in even the slightest amount of winter precip, so that's always a worry. Where I am, cabs are uncommon and IMO unappealing. So, I can't believe I'm doing this, but I'm actually looking at local limo services that offer sedan/towncar airport transfers.

I know plenty of people here use towncar services when they get to Orlando, but has anyone done this to get to and from your home airport? Pros/cons? Would you do it again? Trying to talk myself into or out of it.

I've done it for an early flight. I didn't want to trouble family members for a ride and long term parking was not something I really wanted to utilize. I used the standard Metro Car service (this was before Uber was readily available in my area.) Driver was a few minutes early, helped load the bags...it was pretty low key and really easy. It was also just my husband and I traveling though; I'd do it again for a trip if it was another early flight if we were traveling without the kiddos. Maybe Uber now, as it would probably be a lot cheaper.

I did it once when I was travelling alone and DH couldn't drive me to the airport. It was fine. He was on time, loaded my luggage, and offered to stop to pick up coffee ( it was an ungodly early morning). I got delivery to the curb and didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot and wrangling my luggage to the check in by myself. Cost of the town car was probably just a bit more than the cost of parking and gas.

We often use SuperShuttle up to Seatac. DH really likes it when we use the SuperShuttle towncar service. Parking up there is expensive, or involves another shuttle, which is sometimes a pain depending on flight time etc.

It helps us to start the vacation from THAT point, not once we arrive at our destination. :)
