We use Happy Limo and had a brand new stretch. I was very happy with the service. I believe the tip was included and I gave the driver a little extra due to his help at the market and with the kids. Most include the gratuity and others don't. I would rather pay what I want and not what they want me to. If I get a bad driver I'd give him 15% or so. I don't really care for the mandatory gratuity.
I surprised my wife with a limo for her birthday and mother's day. Its great. She thought we were taking a town care. The driver met us and said he had to get the car. We waited outside and he drove right up to us. It was great.
Be sure to make a stop at the market. What ever you do mention that when you reserve it and later when you confirm. This time we are taking Quicksliver just for a change. I would wait till you get some more feedbac on a service company. Happy was good, but I've seen boards with a couple complaints. I'm taking Quicksliver and asked people via the boards and all were happy.
