Who has the best soup?

I dream about the mushroom soup at Artist Point- Wilderness Lodge. It is an appetizer, but you get a big bowl- for me it is enough for my entree.

Just wondering anyone know of any hidden jems for soup?
The smoked mushroom soup at Artist Pointe, or in the lounge next to it, if you don't have an ADR! I will take the boat form MK just for that soup!

I'm a huge sucker for Boma and their soups, but as others have said in Previous posts the lobster bisque at Chefs de France is amazing.

Boma has amazing soups--like I eat 3 bowls! I also think Artist Point and Wolfgang Puck Express Marketplace (whatever it's called now) have yummy soup.

OK, I just went through and "liked" every post that mentioned Boma. That's not a knock on other soups mentioned, I've had many of them and they were great. The thing with Boma is that it's just different from most of what you can get anywhere else. The other thing is if you're a fiend for soup, it's a buffet so you can get as much as you want :earsboy:

Counter Service - I like the soup at Kringla Bakeri in Norway

Sit Down - Lobster Bisque - Chefs de France
Yachtsman - Lobster Bisque

Acceptable - Potato Leek at either Be Our Guest, Rose and Crown or The Plaza

The best French Onion soup that I have ever tasted was at the Grand Floridian Cafe. It was really amazing.

Favorites from over the years:
Carrot Ginger soup at Boma - ate here in 2004 and it is still on my All Time WDW Food Finds list
French Onion soup at Les Chefs (2012) - really enjoyed this. Thought it was good at Boatwright's, too. BOG's was just ok for me (theirs is veg broth, Les Chef's and Bwright's are beef)
Clam Chowder at Cape May - this was also 2004, no idea if it's still as good
Beer Cheese Soup at Le Cellier (2013) - the one thing that would make me go back there. It would be awesome if Canada would put in a Quick Service with this soup.

And the two previous posters are really making me want to try lunch at GF cafe next year...

I like the strawberry soup (it's chilled) at 1900 PF.

Also, really loved the clam chowder at Captain Grille's--one on the appetizer menu...it is not the same as the one that comes with soup and sandwich.

Going to have to try Boma's after reading this thread!!
