Who has stayed at POP during summer?

We are staying at POP beginning of June, but have been reading about problems with the bus service this fall. If you have stayed there during summer, how was the bus service? I'm considering switching to AllStars. Thanks for your help!

We were there the week of July 4th this past summer. Other than one time when we had to wait for a second bus, we had no other issues with the bus system from POP.

If and when we go back, it will be at POP!

We were at Pop Century in summer of 2004 and 2005. Bus service was fine the times we were there. We also had to wait for a second bus leaving Epcot after Illuminations, and once leaving Magic Kingdom after the fireworks. (We've had to wait for a second boat to WL leaving MK before)

In my opinion, Pop Century has some of the best transportation on site! We like that it doesn't share a bus with any other resort!!

We just returned from a stay at All Star Music (which was wonderful!), but we often had to share buses with the other All Stars. We've stayed at All Star Movies three times, and bus service was always great (but they do share).

Its funny b/c I usually read the boards and dont post too much but we have stayed at POP twice and going back in a few weeks....and yes they busses seem slower/less frequent than our stays at AKL for example, but in reality aall of them are about the same in time frame. The only negative is that we usually have to stand on the POP busses vs. sitting on SSR and AKL ones.

Stayed at my favorite, Pop, first week of June this year. Seemed the only major wait times were actually at the theme parks - MK in particular - late at nite. If the line was super long, a second bus would come along shortly. Never had to wait long at the resort itself.

I agree with everyone the busses are fine. Just don't expect to leave the MK after wishes right away. The busses come one right after the other but there are so many people that it took 3 busses for us to finally get on one and we didn't get back until Midnight. I'll never do that again! I also stayed at ASMo and had to stop at sports and music before I got to Movies so I can't say one was better than the other.

August here. No problem with the buses. Even leaving wishes at MK they were loading 2 buses at a time, and our wait was minimal. We loved it. (And we had 6 kids and a dbl stroller.)

Buses were fine when we stayed the Friday and Saturday around the fourth of July. We did wait for one bus but that was only a 20 minute wait. Thought it was better than most of my WL transportaion waits.

We were there during spring break--a very busy time--and didn't have any problem. Sometimes we had to wait for another bus to come because we couldn't make it on the first bus but the next bus came fairly quick. We think Pop has the best bus system for the value resorts.
