Who has something great to say about Brown Derby!

We went to Disney Hollywood Studios today and we ate at The Hollywood Brown Derby a few hours ago. It was truly one of the best meals I've had at WDW. The cobb salad was excellent and we split 2 of them between 6 people for an appetizer. I had the grouper, which was out of this world. Others had salmon, pork tenderloin and filet - all were excellent. Then we split the grapefruit cake, creme brulee and this incredible banana dessert to end our meal. What great service and a truly delicious experience we all had! I can't say enough good things about the restaurant!

We really enjoyed our Fantasmic package meal there last year - chose some of the classic dishes already mentioned (cobb, cake), had great service (a kid threw a wobbly at the table next door but it was over in the blink of an eye due to the server distracting the kid back to good humour). I also ate there solo in 2008 and seem to recall having an enjoyable meal then too. Hope you guys have a good time

I've been to the Brown Derby a couple times. I found the meals to be delicious. I really haven't had a bad meal here but it is on the pricey side although not as much as Citricos, yachtsman, or V&A

We absolutely LOVE the Brown Derby! We had an amazing server, Gany who knew his stuff was attentive and a master at his job. The food was incredible. I had pork and my hubby had steak. Both were delicious. We shared the Cobb salad appetizer and I am still dreaming of it. We are going back in May and I cannot wait for our meal here.

I was there over Christmas and the grouper was amazing. Very good dish. I also had the vanilla bean creme brulee and it was fantastic as well.

I had the scallops for a starter and they were just awful, I would not recommend those.

My DH and I love the Brown Derby. It is a must do at Hollywood Studios. The restaurant is very pretty and the service has been amazing every time we have gone there. We always get a booth. Everything we have ever had there has been fabulous. I would def. recommend the Brown Derby is you want to relax and have a great meal.

Home of the original Cobb Salad! It's probably sufficient as a main course for most appetites, especially if you're having dessert. It can be a little pricey, but everything is of a very good quality.
