We're planning to ship some packages to the port for our May 14th repo cruise but first wanted to see if anyone else had done this for any of their cruises. If any of you have shipped packages to to be put in your stateroom, could you tell me what your experiences have been? Were they in your room when you got there?

We're planning to ship things like sunscreen, bugspray, toiletries, etc. (nothing real valuable) but we'd be very disappointed if they didn't get there. :earsboy:

Just posted a similar response on another thread. We have done this...it's very simple. You simply have to make sure that the package is there no later than 5 PM on Friday before a Saturday or Sunday sailing. THe packages were not in our room upon arrival, but they did arrive with our luggage. I'm in the process of digging the address up...PM me, and I'll send it to you.

Hi There~

I Did It With Fedex Ground. Call Disney Cruise Line, To Make Sure You Have The Right Address.

Lol My Package Was There Before My Luggage.

I Am Going To Do It Again This Next November.

Any Questions, Ask Away.

Awesome, awesome! Thanks so much. I shipped my 31 pound box the other day and it arrived Monday. I'm sailing on May 14... (now if only my docs would arrive . . .:confused3 )

Anyone ever do this from another country to the US? :confused3 I thought this is an awesome idea and wondered if it was possible from Canada to LAX for the August Repo cruise.

Thanks
Pauline

I posted to you on that other thread too but I'll post here too. Did DCL charge you anything for doing this? :confused3 Like a delivery fee? Just curious. :p

DISNEY DID NOT CHARGE A THING.

IT'S ALMOST LIKE THE MAIL BEING DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM. JUST MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR FULL NAME AND CAT # AND SHIP ON THE BOX

IT WAS KINDA FUN HAVING IT THERE.

PClare....not sure what is going on for people sailing from the LA Port. I would call DCL directly.

We mailed 2 large boxes for our May 14th sailing to the Port Canaveral address. If anyone needs info on how to do it you can pm me.
