Who has had luck booking ADRs less than 3 months out?

You will have plenty of ADR's to choose from at 3 months out, but I would book now and get rid of them if you need to.

I am HOPING to take our first WDW trip in 8 years for this coming September.
I will not know if I can do it for another couple of weeks.
Who has booked ADRs with only a few months to go and actually got reservations?
My hope is to get ressies for Morocco, Tokyo Dining, 50s Diner, Sci-Fi Diner, Tusker House, Garden Grill and then 2 more which are undetermined.
I'm pretty flexible about times.
Thanks for any input.

We're only about 6 weeks out & I've been able to get Be Our Guest lunch, Fastasmic dining package with Minnie, Beaches and Cream, T-rex...the list goes on. This is for July, though, not September. No free dining. This is easier booking than is typical, so I think Disney's attendance numbers might down for July.

You'll be fine. I managed to get a BOG dinner ADR 2 weeks out!

As previously stated, there will be plenty of cancellations. My family goes to WDW often and rarely plans a trip more than a couple of weeks out. In fact, most trips are like my upcoming Mother-Daughter trip. DD and I decided on whim to book a trip for June 11th last Wednesday! There's never been a trip that we haven't gotten the ADR we've wanted on the day we've wanted. This coming trip will not be as food heavy as some of our whole family trips. However, we've already managed to book Ohana (timed for fireworks!) and BOG...when we wanted them! (DD's only other must do for this trip is Boma, and there are still plenty of ADRs available there. Not exactly sure when we want to go there, so haven't booked yet.)
