Who has friendlier English speaking drivers ?

We used Quick Silver. They were prompt. Did the grocery store stop no charge - but not very talkative about Florida, Walt Disney World, the area, the weather, nice things to do, how was our plane flight..... the drivers were very quiet - as if they did not speak very much English I think they had Russian accents, not sure.

So - we will lean towards Happy Limo or FL Tours.

So who has drivers who speak fluent English and do tell you about Florida, Walt Disney World, the weather, are courteous and do a food store stop ?
