Who has contacted Disney about FP+ and actually heard back from them?

I know there are a lot of people here who have voiced their opinions on FP+, both good and bad, to Disney. I'm curious to see how many people have actually heard back from Disney in response.

I e-mailed Disney about 2 weeks ago, and I was really surprised to get a phone call from someone today to talk about the e-mail I sent (I was really excited that maybe I won a trip through the resolutions sweepstakes..that lasted about 2 seconds :P). The phone call didn't give me any new information...a lot of "this is a test and adjust phase" etc, etc..which didn't surprise me, but the CM was going out of her way to talk about how Disney is receiving a ton of feedback and that corporate is taking all of the data, all of the feedback they are getting, into account.

It just made me wonder how many people here have actually gotten a response to their opinion, either way..

The answers didn't apply. I was there over Labor Day and tested the FP+ system. I gave it a positive review. However, once the tiering started, I sent an email to WDW telling them that I would *not* have given FP+ a positive review if my choices had been tiered. I got a response to that email. I was told that WDW is compiling that data and is paying attention to feedback FWIW.

lol, yes that is what the no's should say! Sorry about that!! I messaged a mod to see if there's a way to edit the poll. In the meantime, I'll put the correct answers in my OP!
 
I sent a negative review of FP+\MDE\MB because in my mind they are all interconnected and I got a canned response "we're sorry your experience was less than magical" email.

However, when we were working through the issue while it was there, the CMs at AOA and OKW were stellar in their attempts to fix everything.
 
Sent them a letter how much I hated fast pass + and received a phone call in return. Got the same type of corporate response from cast member. The way I see it that some over paid rocket scientist who dreamed this up and Disney has spent so much money putting it into place that were stuck with it. Disney really doesn't care if we like it or not this is how it's going to be. We live with it or go to universal.
 
I sent in an overall positive review with my concerns about the limit to 3, the tiering, and the hopping concerns. I have not heard back.

Absolutely false because they can make FP+ work EXACTLY like the previous FP- if they wanted to without all the running around the park. They are trying to balance millions of people's wants each year of what rides they want to get on.

In the end I have a feeling there is going to be changes to FP+. I would bet you $1,000,000,000 that in the next 5 years there will be a change. They are not going to overreact until they get more information and when they do make the changes hopefully they will make it better for those historical park commandos who want 7+ FPs in MK.
 
I sent them a rant about my experience of MDE . It isn't easy when you live in the UK and only have vouchers not actual tickets before you go.

I tired setting it up for a friend who is computer illiterate and even after an HOUR on the phone to the US, which probably cost around £50, all they could come up with is, when you get there, exchange the vouchers and then get them linked to your magic bands. So much for a 60 day window!!!

No response to my lengthy rant. Not even the standard "We are sorry…"

My experience was the same. So yes, I was contacted, but it was a canned response.
 
I've sent a "concerned" email last summer. After a couple of months of sending back replies saying I'm still looking to talk to someone, a CM eventually got in touch with me and we were on the phone for a good 20+ minutes.

The CM seemed genuinely concerned and assured me that it was still a test in progress and whatever.

After this past Xmas I did send a mostly negative review but never got anything back from them.
