Love my iPad more than my pc. In fact I maybe use my pc once a week now. I have the iPad 2. THe only problem is auto correct when I'm in a hurry.

My DH got it for me for Christmas, so it is the latest one, the 4 I think. His plan was to keep me off the Mac in hopes that his office would not be cluttered with "all my junk." Too bad it didn't work.

I have the one with the retina image...3? But after seeing the two side by side,there was no question! I do not have wifi -- am not willing to pay a monthly fee, the is free wifi almost everywhere that we go. In fact, this is posted from there as I ride the hated exercise bike

DH and I both have an iPad 2. No data plan. That is what my iPhone is for. We use it for everything except for scrapbooking and anything that has to be printed (although there are printers for that now, just not my printer).

Today I took the iPad to work to read a book I just downloaded to the Kindle app yesterday. No wifi in the building, but I didn't need it.

We are still loving our original ipad... got it about 3 months after it was released and it still works like a champ!! Haha it can't take pictures though... but that's fine with me!!

We're an iPad family. Dh and I have the iPad 2, 64Gb with 3G. My son has the iPad 1, 16 GB without 3G. I received it as a gift from d for Christmas, and it took me a while to grow into it. It was a great entertainment device initially, but I'm using it more and more for homeschooling purposes. The autocorrect drives me nuts, but I have the wireless keyboard so it's less of a bummer.

Dh has one for work, and he supports them for the executives. He too thinks that they are great entertainment devices, but as a workhorse...not as great. They aren't as efficient, but they are super portable, have great battery life, and they can e used to take notes, images, etc.

I have the IPad 2. I love it. I do not have the 3G version as most places have wifi, my hubby has a hot spot on his phone and I have an IPhone. Cannot say enough about it.

Ipad 2, no data. I really like it, I use it for facebook, email, and an occasional book on the Kindle app. Not crazy about the email format but it works.

Ipad2 Got it as a gift when they released it 2 years ago, no 3G just wifi. The car is the only time I wished it had 3G. My husband has the newer Ipad he got it for Christmas this year, he loves it. Except for the retina screen they work they same for what we do.

Ipad 2 - 64G with 3G. Use it ALL the time. We travel a lot in the winter and it's invaluable when there is bad weather, when you are trying to find places to eat, hours, directions, etc. I turn the Verizon 3G on and off from month to month depending on our needs. Never had an issue.

Also use it at home for lists, reminders, games, email, etc.

I want an ipad mini but just cannot justify it.

We are not Apple people, dh works in IT and hates Apple. However I have an iPad 2, 64g, with Wi-Fi only. We use it daily and love it! I only wish it had the swipe feature my Samsung Galaxy phone has.

Ipad 2 and love it, dd has ipad mini and loves it. We use it for watching on apple tv and just for browsing.
