Who has a template for the Mickey Fan?

I'd like to see what i can do with that, does someone have the template they can send me?

I do....my example/prototype is on pg 3 of my PJ. Iti s in word and just type what you want and where.....

How did you actually make the mickey head shape?

I printed them out on card stock after I added what I wanted./where. Made fan front and then copied outline and made one for backside so they match up...then just cut out whole shape. I will gladly share. Another disney bride shared with me!
