Who has a Peg Perego Aria and do you like it?

I bought our Aria 2 yrs ago when DS was 18 mos old. We love it! I think it's a great stroller for WDW (love the way it folds with one hand ).

I've never had any difficulty pushing it. DS is 3 yrs old, about 27 lbs, and the stroller pushes just fine. We'll be using it in WDW next month.

I went through the same dilemma about 1 year ago. I bought an Aria for our trip to WDW for DD(then 18mos/@27lbs). I got last years model with free shipping from Albee Baby.

Pros:

• lightweight
• good basket
• folds and stands easily
• carrying handle
• 5 harness straps move with child/give more mobility

Cons:

• hard to get over little bumps/uneven sidewalks(without lifting up front wheels)
• sunshade smaller than our citi mini and easily crushed/grabbed by DD
• only 1 hard cup holder for adults(attachment which falls off when folded)
• cup holder for kids small(doesn't fit her munchkin sippy cups)

We also brought our citi mini, which our 5yo used occasionally. That had a better shade, folded easier, and manuvered better, but was bulkier to carry, heavier, and has a teeny basket.

I just wanted to add that I think that stroller shopping is the MOST frustrating thing! There are pros & cons to all of them and it's so hard to weigh what's most important....

I think that a bunch of DISers should get together and design a line of strollers SPECIFICALLY designed with Disney Parks vacations in mind. We could design them and Disney could sell them! How awesome would that be?!

We bought an Aria when our oldest was 6 months old - she is now 6 1/2. Aside from missing the cup holder (really bad design flaw), you would think we bought it yesterday. It just wears REALLY well - we have used it with all 3 of our kids. I find it really smooth to push.

Our other stroller is a Chicco that I prefer if we are going to be going over difficult terrain - at a fair or something where we have to push over grass or gravel a lot.

The basket, folding, weight, recline of the Aria are all great!
