Who gets the tips at Character meals?

Just wondering who gets part of the tips left for Character meals. Does the server split it with the the Characters or anyone else?

I would say the servers keep their tips. The characters are paid a regular hourly wage, not the low server wage.

The characters definitely do not receive tips. I don't know how they're divided up amongst the waitstaff, but I know the character performers are not included in it.

I'm assuming it would be he same as any other restaurant and a certain amount of the tip to the server gets pooled for support serving staff (i.e. bussers, bartenders, etc...). Characters would not be included in this, their compensation is different then restaurant staff.

Characters are in a different union than waitstaff.

Tips are generally split with a specific percentage of each servers tips going to the supporting runners, busses and bar tenders that worked on hat ticket.
