Who feels like a threadkiller - Take 4!

Sounds like fun Marylou. We are hoping to build some park time into our Disney cruise time in August.

This time we are leaving from Fort Lauderdale.

We get our weather a few hours after it passes by Kim in Chicago:thumbsup2 So I know who to blame or give thanks to :rotfl:

I think it goes from Kim to you to Betsy and DisUnc and then to me.

PD, that is just one way that we can all keep in touch :rotfl2:

:wave2: Hey Kim, long time no post :3dglasses

Hello fellow TKers!
Hey Kim, I see Kelly has been doing GREAT with her skating. You must be so proud. Too bad the dream doesn't have a rink...she would be in heaven!

PD, we are always glad to share our weather with you:grouphug:

Speaking of weather...... I am getting soooo tired of winter, and cant wait to see spring. I know...I know.."but its been so warm for winter how can you have such cabin fever??" Well all I can say is it ISNT in the 70s, if it were Id be happy!;) I want to see green trees and go out in shirtsleeves, and barefooted!::yes::

I keep bugging Mike, for us to take a pre - Fla. trip.
We haven't gone on a trip without kids in so long...I think we need a practice run. Just a long weekend. :cloud9: Too bad its not going to happen...but I can dream...right?:rolleyes1

Big day yesterday...I went food shopping and picked up Brit, from work. <----I need a yawn smilie for here. We did have a nice night with my DBIL, and DSIL. Met them for dinner at red lobster. I only had a salad, but the company was nice, and we had a good time.

What has everyone else been up to?
What ever it is I hope you enjoy it and the daypixiedust:

We also went to Red Lobster last night!:goodvibes

Not much going on here!

:wave2: Hi everyone.

It's been almost a week now that we have been back from our cruise :guilty: Most of us had a fantastic time. The weather was great (90ish the whole time), the seas were calm. The Liberty of the Seas is a beautiful ship. Rick was the only one who did not have a particularly good time. He was sick for most of the cruise. Not sick with the throw up type but it started more like a cold or allergies and then he was just exhausted. So he slept a lot of the time.

Now back home again and time to start thinking about the next cruise :boat: ;)

The weather here has been quite nice too. Today it feels like we are going to blow away though. Betsy, watch out for me because I might come flying right past you :lmao:

Another weekend come and gone....teleport:

It was a fun and productive one for Mike and I.
On Thur. we went to see John Carter. It was good. I liked the 3D, but the story was predictable.
Sat. night we went to a nice Irish pub here in Montrose, for St. Patricks day. It was a fun night.
The productive part is, that Sat. and Sun. during the day we spackled/painted the main wall of our living room. We will continue the painting until its done, but only a wall or two at a time so we don't have to take apart the whole room at once. We went from a drab tan ( which I have never liked) to a bright and sunny golden. (Its call "Evening Glow") It looks so much nicer then the tan! Really brightens up the room. Kind of gives a Mediterranean or tuscan feel.

The weather here has been stellar. I cant believe it, but Im not complaining at all.
We have robins, and starlings, and I even have a pair of bluebirds checking out my ornamental birdhouse, not ment to really be used, but I'm not telling them that. LOL;)
Ohhhh...and the sound I look forward to hearing every spring, because it means no more heavy frost are the "peepers" ( frogs in the swamp down the road ) and I have been hearing them for the past few nights!...YEA!
Lovin it!

Well enjoy your day and the coming week. :wizard:

I heard the peepers last night for the first time! I was sure I was imagining it, so I got up out of bed and went to the window to listen, just to be sure!

There has been a very lovely frog orchestra happening around here too. We've had temps up into the 80's for several days last week. :goodvibes

The flowers and trees are so confused :confused3

But I personally have been enjoying it....... shorts and 80 plus degrees in March in Canada....... fantastic:woohoo:

I hope you enjoyed it Robin, because if your weather is like ours..this next week is suppose to get cold...low is in the 20sF here tonight...Poor flowers and southern birds:confused:

On a happier note...only :

ONE MONTHuntil Mike's and my "Just Us" trip to the world!...YEA!:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

:woohoo: That's great Betsy. I bet you are very excited about that.

The weather here has been both warm and cool:confused3

We never know what we will get before the day is over.

Anybody got any exciting plans for the long weekend?

We are going to Detroit tomorrow to pick Rick's brother up at the airport.

Sunday we are having a bunch of people here for Easter/ Rick's birthday dinner.

Lots of stuff to do to keep us occupied:thumbsup2
