Robin, it was a U.S. Holiday today, you should've lazed around with us!!
You were too busy! I did some laundry, and then decided I didn't want to grill afterall, since we did that yesterday.
I also got some good news from my job-share girl tonight - she wants to switch days (until I leave), so I don't have to go back until THURSDAY this week! I last worked Friday!
Mini-vaca!! In the end, after 3 weeks, I will have been able to work more tho, which is also good before I take the wonderful (unpaid) summer off!
Back after Labor Day - how fitting.
Here's a DS funny- kinda. I knew Matt would be wearing a cap and gown this Friday, what I didn't know is that he had same in his possession - you know, folded in a small bag. Well, I found same while visiting him in his room tonight, and told him how embarrassed I would've been had he pulled it out that night and just worn it!
And we've ALL seen one or two of THOSE kids haven't we - boys anyway!
So, that's my new task, ironing his gown. Problem is, he is going to school that day and taking it with him via public transportation, so it'll probably get mussed up anyway.
We don't go downtown to meet him until 7. Oh well, I will at least KNOW I ironed it!
Wish I had one of those travel steamers right about now.
We Moms!
Enjoy your week everyone! We're going to Costco tomorrow and Kelly has an evening game, and Wed is a Fun Fair at school and Thursday is another game and Friday - Matt Graduates!!!!
