Oh Kim, I hear you! My youngest tries that all the time! It's a no go! I tell her I accept her apology but that the punishment still sticks.

Dd goes back to college tomorrow. Boy I'm going to miss her. I took off yesterday afternoon and the 2 of us went to lunch and did some shopping for things she needs for school. I love when I get her all to myself!

I'm at Ann's right now, and thought that I would check in.

It's a bit chilly but not really all that bad. The wind has a bit of a bite to it.

We are all getting excited about leaving for the ship tomorrow.

Hugs to ya Kiminy for some better times with the girl child...At least you stand your ground on the punishments. My daughter has a Daddy with too big a heart - every time I have tried to ground her he always let her go. I blame him sometimes for her "Me" stage lasting waaay too long.

I am enjoying the end of a 4 day weekend...I had Friday off, and they didnt schedule me for Sat. We are closed on Sun. and my first day off for this week was today
So its my last day off...Too bad its been pouring all last night and today..Its warm though..all the snow has melted... So I guess there's that...

Its a good movie day ..so I'm off to find a good one .......

Had the day off so I threw in Nemo and then watched a Muppet show dvd

ended the day with a really dark movie called "9"

Catching up on the boards with Criminal Minds on now~

Filling my time reading updates on the Dream.

DCL announced some details of the Goofy Sports Deck and Adult Pool and Quiet Cove areas.

By the sound of the upgrades; I'll be spending ALOT of my ship time at the adult pool

I saw Avatar...Me thinks I am the ONLY person who thought it was YUK!

Nope, I have NO DESIRE to see Avatar, so I'm kinda with ya there. I didn't care for Julie & Julia. Julia (Meryl Streep) was excellent, but I thought the movie all together kinda stunk. Fell asleep twice during T-4, T-5, whatever the latest Terminator movie is. Just didn't 'save' me - get it? Salvation, or something, was the title?

Gonna fix my ticker NOW, because we can't have 1/2 tickers showing! I am soo excited about this trip already!! Our longest stay ever! 11 nights!!!

Hello all.

We are back from our Disney Cruise

BUT we had a fantastic time.

More details will follow when I get back.

We all spent a lot of time in the new addition to the Cove Cafe. It is a large glassed in area up above the old Cove Cafe. It is beautiful and peaceful and nobody really seems to have discovered that it is there yet except for the crew

I was at Rory's tonight, for "5 minutes", turned into almost 2 hours (or more), going through 'plans'! He's going in August, us in June. The 2 best things he reminded me of were - Star Wars Weekend when we get there (the last weekend for this, but we were there the last weekend for this in '06 - never again, thank you!) And, he pointed out the Tusker House lunch with reserved seating for Nemo show after that - booked it! LOVE 6 months out booking! What you want is NOT always available tho, date/time-wise - there are other (DIS) planners out there!! Best Restaurants are gone, as usual! Nice to be working on this 'work in progress' so far in advance tho! There's always cancellations too! I know, I cancelled a whole slew of ADRs for March when we aren't going! Now I just need June!

I am so wth you on the star wars weekend Kim. We wandered unknowingly into that situation several years back...never again!

I didn;t know about the Tusker House/Nemo thing! We'll have to try that next time. We still ahve not seen Nemo, we always just miss it!
