Kim - it's EASY to get to Disneyland once your on I-5. It's clearly marked and that would be my choice, too!

Not really, we did Santa Monica and Hollywood in one day and Universal in One day. We did Disneyland in two, DL the first day and DCA/DTD the second.

Ask your hotel, they should have a concierge desk that could help you with transportation. LA has lots of ways to get around, they'd simply have to tell you how.

If you can believe it I cooked all day!

It's John's birthday. I made a cinnamon cake he wanted, a birthday bundt cake and a pot roast! The cakes were box mixes and John seasoned the roast and told me what to do with it - I only had to put it in the oven with a few veggies and set the timer

I have started my Christmas shopping too..I actually started a month or so ago.....with 13 grandchildren I HAVE to start it as early as possable, or we end up running around like fools....by the last weeks before...
I do alot of my shopping onliner anymore...Its easier....

Its really not a new one ..We were cleaning out our cottage..and came across it...It was the one I had set up when I lived there..When we moved I took it down and planned on setting it back up here after we setteled in here...Well its been about 10 years ...so I think Ill say we must have settled in by now :rolleyes:

....LOL

The cottage is closed, and all we have to do now is drain the pipes, and shut of the water...We will go do that next weekend...

I guess its time to start my day...
Lots of cleaning to do and laundry :laundy:

Betsy, I had a great trip and I will get around to posting a trip report someday.

You know me, I always get it done but sometimes it takes me a week or so.

Today I have nothing on my schedule that has to be done.

We do need food in this house though, so maybe I will do that.
