Hi, everyone - I'm back from vacation and this thread is just as lifeless as when I left. Philaround has especially been doing excess CPR. Did this thread never sign a Living Will that extreme measures should not be used? I think it's time to pull the plug....

Meanwhile, at my birthday dinner last week, Jerry Seinfeld was sitting two tables away, Billy Joel was about three tables away and Roy Scheider (Jaws) was on the other side of the room. Could not believe that not one of them came over to wish me happy birthday or give me a gift - what nerve!
