Who feels like a Thread-Killer?

Seriously: how does a thread get killed?

Not so much a "killer", but it seems like I'm "ignored" all the time. I'll ask a question or something, everyone else's questions will get answered, but mine will just be ignored.

Once a few months ago, someone posted that they were so excited they'd gotten "tagged". I, along with many others, posted a "congratulations". All the other untagged people were "blessed" with a tag within the next couple of days, except me....... I did finally get a tag, but much later.

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I will also post a question and never get a response. It just seems funny to me now.

I didn't even read this thread until today because I am trying desperately to put off doing actual work, but now I feel like I'm home. Nice to see that their are other people out there that kind of feel like I do.

Oh..........is this where the moderator steps in and says..............ENOUGH!

Been there, done that.....happened a couple times on the Resort boards. Some of the people over there are downright NASTY! One of the mod's let the thread go on for quite a while then posted, this is a topic for another board, yet on another thread said the same thing my topic was saying.............BE NICE.

I'm sorry, I wasn't meaning to be nasty. I was just joining the ranks of the people who felt like thread killers. I totally apologize if it came across that I was being nasty, because that was never my intention. I thought arguments should be reserved for the debate board.

Thanks suzanne. All going well for now. Still only part time but good chance of going full time sometime within the next 6 months.
The company I work for handles wagering on the horses, dogs, and Jai Lai all over the country so I may be looking at relocating sometime next year.
