I love HDT - I recorded the Disney World Ultimate one and it had more than what they show on the Travel Channel. If you noticed, there were not commercials every 11 minutes! I can't wait for the movie either. I think I will have to start planning a trip to Disneyland! You know you are a Disney addict when just watching the parks on television is enough to give you goose bumps!

Yes Love that the commercials are at a minimum!

I thought this picture was cute. A lil fish with an ipod...

This was a diver cleaning up the rocks...he was crammed into a little section. It is kind of distorted because the tank kind of jutted out and was angled.

GREAT pictures...I love the first one with your boys in front of the tank... ..Keep em coming...really enjoying them!
I saw the shows on the TC..there were ALOT of "Girl, meets Hawaii" with Sam Brown...(I really like her)..recorded the lot of them...wish there was a way to get them off my DVR..Id love to transfer them to a DVD..
I have most of the Disneyworld ones recorded too...all taking up what little space DISH gives you on there DVRs ..

Well ...I have been busy doing more Hawaii fact finding....
Im sure we will be going to maui's Kaanapali beach area,...for 4-5 days....Just not, sure where else to go....either the Hana side of Maui, for the rest(we are planning on 9 days all together)or...Maybe Molokai, ...Id like to go to Kauai, but its one of the farthest islands from Maui..and Im not sure I want to take up the time it takes to get there(ferry, not fly)....
Also There is probably more to do on Maui, that can be done in 9 days...

So I just have to find a couple of good places to stay that wont kill us pricewise...There are ALOT of condos, but its just Mike and I ...what do we need with a livingroom and kitchen ..I sure as heck aint cookin...LOL...But Im having a really hard time finding a good hotel/resort, that charges, less then $4-$500.00 a night Some of the reviews I read are just plan scary too!...

Me too! I cannot afford membership to the 33 Club! I love the Disney stuff on HDT - it's almost like I am there! I might have to go just for the Indiana Jones Adventure - because they are some of my all time favorite movies!

OMG Cally if you ever do get out to DL...PLS let me know - would SOOO love to meet you & your family!!!! I TOO LOVE N.O. Square!! it's very festive all year round BUT Xmas is DOUBLY nice...i'll see if i have some photos in my shutterfly acct & post them!! MY absolute fav ride is Ind Jones....that's the one ride i won't miss & will do multiple times and i love Harrison & the movies too!!!
Club 33 is awesome & very very cool....Michelle you probably missed the photos i posted from inside the club as they were on the OLD thread...and even if us commoners could afford the annual membership - last i heard the waiting list was 'years' long.....

Cally - i am really loving your Aqar. pics....looks like a gorgeous place!!!

Betsy - there is SOOOO much to do on Maui - you will fill those 9 days but remember to save some "beach/relaxing" time too....
DO MAKE the long trip to Hana....it will take all day to stop and see all the things along the way but it is SOOOOO worth the journey....
Lahaina is fun to go & shop and there is SOOOO much history there...
Kapalua is a gorgeous area you can't miss!!!
Kihei is nice - has a lot of beautiful new hotels & shop areas - golf courses etc.
There are some nice day snorkeling excursions out to Molokini - we saw soooo many dolphins & whales once - the whales were right next to our boat..it was SOOOO very cool...did you check rates at the Whaler? Try Papakea too....Papakea is usually less exp as it doesn't have its own beach - too rocky...but right next door is Embassy Suites & you just go to their beach...both these places have condo's - we liked the kitchen areas mostly for b/fast & evening drinks/snacks....i don't cook at home let alone on vacation!!!

That Aquarium loooooooks BEAUTIFUL!

Went to the Apple store!!! The people who work there are just plain old WEIRD! No Sales Savvy whatsoever. I wanted to see The Apple TV in HD mode. They couldnt do that! The price for the high end one is 329.00, even says so on the sign. The sales guy tells me its "around 400 or so"! WTH??? I asked a few questions, about the WiFi aspect of it..and he said he ran out of Brochures! .

So I walked out, and went to the Disney store. Helped the Easter Bunny with some stuff for Makenzie. Got a Ariel Head, that you put makeup on and fix her hair, for My Godsons DD...its her Birthday. Mom gave me $ to buy Mackenzie a toy. Picked up a really cool Dalmation (lotsa 101 Dalamation stuff...DVD is coming out in a few weeks) toy its about the size of a regular dog. Comes in a cute dog house, and it walks, barks..etc.

Anyhoooooo walked around ( I HATE malls) then went back to the Apple Store, and got another Salesman. He was just as vague as the first. So I didnt buy nutin! Very Bizarre!

Gonna watch a movie with whatshername, ya know the one where she becomes a vigilante!

DH saved that DL Behind the scenes they were showing on Travel channel for me; so watched it today; too bad it's such an old episode...so much has changed there since 2003....since we're going in a few wks (my friend Stacey, her son, ryan & 2 more of DS' friends), i'm thinking we won't go back till april or may...so was thinking that would be a really nice "mom's day" wkend gift...& thought i should stay at DL Hotel or GCH....YIKES...$450/nt for GCH.... $260 at DLH...& those are my AP rates - the 'winter' special rates end 3/06 & we're not staying there this next trip cuz they were sold out 2 of the 3 nts we're there

DU...that is really too bad about the Apple store & the sales associates.....maybe you'll find more "good" info on the web...but it does look pretty nice...
