So Cally was gone several hours between posts. Highly unusual. I propose that we pick out names for the little prince or porincess that I expect will be here in about 9 months. Of course we must keep the tradition alive and go with D names. I vote for Derrick for a boy or Dianne for a girl!

I think we should pick something totally different, break with tradition.

How about Zebediah or Norman for a boy.

Maybe Brunhilda or Iris for a girl

PD, how is your hobbling girl doing today?

She was tired. SHe didn't sleep well last night, but did go to school. I decided she couldn't go to the game. It was an hour or so away and I thought that was just too much with her lack of sleep and first day on crutches. WHen I picked her up from school she was relieved that I told her she couldn;t go to the game. She was exhausted. We went to the doctor this afternoon after school for our follow up after the ER last night. Luckily the sprain is minor. They want her to use the crutches thorugh the week end and then to start trying to walk on Monday. They think she should be back to Basketball in a week!

looks nice...I like what you all did with the place....

so...you may have noticed I have been pretty much absent from the board and TK thread....or maybe not

I lost my best friend to cancer in the fall....some of you may remember him,...the truck driver who hauled cars back and forth from PA to FL for the snowbirds....

then in January, my wife lost her only sister to cancer....while the sister was on vacation in FL....that was difficult....

but anyway....happier stuff...I have a literary agency trying to hawk my stories.....

i'm thinking maybe I should go on the QVC and put them up for sale

the holidays went pretty well...despite PA's sister being sick....

I donned my Santa suits and paid some visits here and there...including the Senior Center where PA's Mom lives...that was a hoot....

and cheered a bunch of them up I must say....

I inherited the NASCAR pick 'em threads....so...I may be around a bit more....maybe not....lol...

I saw this and thought... "HMMM....looks like Cruisin', Kim-Kim-A-Nee, Tigger, Princessa C, Harriet..oops...HollyAnn and DalPal Our GalPal out caroling at Christmas....
