Good Morning everyone!!!!

Wow that strawberry-kiwi dessert looks so good!!! What exactly is it?? And YES, thanks I want some!

Ugh, You will all be surprised to hear I fell asleep early again lastnight and did not wake up in the middle of the night.

Right when the state of the union came on ( I really wanted to watch it too) but I fell asleep. So what did GWB have to say????? :confused3

Thanks for the explanations my Austrialian friends. So did you have a good celebration for Austrialia day?

If Nutin else we Threadkillers have very full lives!:thumbsup2

I love carol burnett, and this is one of the BEST!

I'm going to watch this as soon as the kids leave for school. I didn't really watch Carol Burnett growing up but I have seen some of the stuff she did.

The stuff that I did see had me laughing to tears!!! :thumbsup2

Our paper bags DO have handles!!!

Off to a pilates class - never tried one before...report later....

Wonder when the south will catch on and get the paper bags with handles... :confused3

So how was pilates class?? I was contemplating joining a gym when Roger gets back. They have all kinds of classes I can take... pilates being one of them. I would love to try it. Although I'm not as flexible as I use to be. :lmao:

They also have a salsa class and belly dance that I think would be loads of fun!!! :3dglasses

THAT, myu good friend is a pavlova, or a pav. It's a kind of meringue with cream and fruit on top. VERY DELICIOUS!!
Australia Day was 'birthday' celebrations. IE dinner at a restaurant and a lame present(a double boiler). It was ok, but not the best ever. Last year was the one for that, and 2005 when I found out I was Pregnant with my daughter on that day.

Hi Mirthie! Now I'm REALLY going to make it my business to lurk here, just to see what, uh, trouble you cause!:rotfl:
 Hello Aisling
 Apparently, I have a bad rep.
Not here :teeth: everyone starts with a clean slate :lmao:

wow...really busy 24 hours here...

I had classes from 2 til 8 today...first classes for chem lab and macroeconomics. Chem lab, was supposed to be 2 hours, teacher let us out after 30 minutes :faint: I wasn't so lucky with economics, we got let out 15 minutes early~
:teacher: Whens your first test?

Cool. I was gonna guess that.

John(DH) forgot he bought peanut butter cookie dough from a fundraiser...he baked when he came home :woohoo:
Did you save some for us :hyper:

For those still curious..I was confuzzled too, so I looked it up

if it's 1100pm here, US east coast, and still January 28th =
it is in fact tomorrow, not yesterday. 15 hours ahead.
right?

:faint:

:lmao:
Ahhhh Thank you!! :teacher: We can always count on you!!
That's right. I am it the future!
Yes, we barbecue; Heck, we barbecue for Christmas!!
Went to my fave Mexican restaurant. Yum!!
I love mexican!!

Last year I got pearls, a pair of Sapphire earrings, a trip to a spa and a depilitator(one of those things you pull the hair out of your legs with) as well as dinner out WITHOUT the kids.
Still, yes,2005 was the best.

a depilitator:scared1: ... How is it?? Sounds painful! Last years gifts sound nice!

Oh so our children are around the same age :thumbsup2 Except for the 2 yr old :teeth: Although my 7 yr old does act like a 2 yr old at times. :lmao:

No TV before school here. Studies show it decreases concentration at school.

That is so nice of you to take her to get her hair done. Every woman needs that from time to time even without seeing the dr.

At the nursing home I did my rotation at, every Wednesday was get your hair done day. They had a mini beauty salon and beauticians would come in and all the ladies would get their hair done. It was really nice to see and it made a big big difference in their attitudes and personalities. :thumbsup2

Da noive of them!

:flower3:
Aw Thanks. I won't be surpised if they change it a few more times. They always do. :sad2:

Wonder when the south will catch on and get the paper bags with handles... :confused3

it was okay...do NOT eat or drink before you go....it really doesn't work....& i was miserable...so i ended up watching most of it....:sad2: but as an addon to my morning cardio & weight lifting - i think it will be a good addition....the instructor was really apologetic about not warning me not to eat/drink. (it had been an hour & a half since dinner...but i'm always drinking a lot of water)....either way....you want an empty tummy!
