A CROWN!!! (We went for my birthday when we stayed at the GF, and at Breakfast they gave me a crown that said Happy Birthday and told me I was to wear it all day. Cast members at the parks would all bow and say Happy Birthday princess!! It was great!)

Scanning the boards all night and search has been down. Anyway, not for me, but for my cousin, going in early June (like us!) but she has 3 kids. She can't seem to find the lowest priced resort for 2 A, 3 K. She says the All Stars are 4 max, and I was finding the mods at 4 max also. Is she doomed to getting 2 rooms at a value or mod? She's an RN, so I told her about the Swan/Dolphin, but I think that'll be higher priced even with the discount.

Call me clueless. I haven't been in over 3 years.

But, we're going in June!

Any help appreciated!

The Swan is more than the value resorts for sure. Can she get connecting rooms at the value resort (where she can leave the door open between two)?What discount does she get?

Just a thought on 5 in a room-try PO-Riverside, they have a trundle bed and it works nicely for 5 in a room. We have family in Tampa and my nephew came to stay a couple days and requested a room with the trundle bed.

Hi I went to the eye doctor this morning and can't see right because of the drops he put in my eyes.

The monitor is kind of flickering and it's blurry unless I squint. So I won't be staying long.

I know what you mean about those smilies. Now we have to go hunting for the ones we want to use. AT least maybe some of the others get used for awhile that don't normally get much use.

I had sent a PM to BP and also emails to BP several weeks to a month ago but I received no replies at all. That is quite unlike him because he has always responded fairly quickly to any messages that I have sent to him in the past.

I have no idea what has happened to him. Hopefully nothing serious.

Does Ann have a phone number for him? I thought he mentioned talking to her before.

Kim.......... when we stayed at the POP Century in January we had adjoining rooms and actually it was quite roomy for us, 6 adults. We found that even with the doors open we couldn't hear much of what was going on in the adjoining room, television etc. We really liked that arrangement.

My eyes are getting better now, I can look at the computer screen without the flicker

I got a good report from the eye doctor. Everything looks fine. In 2002 I had a small hemorraghe in my left eye, out of nowhere, no idea what caused it. I now have a permanent dark spot in the upper left part of my vision, it is in the shape of a perfect daisy petal or tear drop. It doesn't bother me and I hardly even notice it anymore. The doctor says that it looks good, no further bleeding.

What an interesting weather day. We had light rain, brilliant sunshine, thunderstorms, heavy downpours, more sunshine and now major wind. Never boring around here that's for sure.

C'mon now...... where is everyone......... I'm getting tired of talking to myself around here today

Our "friend" who was supposed to come and look at our kitchen never showed up today when he said he was going to. He called about 2 hours later and said...... customers came in and I got involved and forgot about our appointment. I'm thinking I don't want somebody like that to work on my house.

I stopped in at another kitchen cabinet place today. The guy is coming next week to look but I'm not sure that I want to work with him either He's like the diva of kitchen cabinets HE deals with kitchens everyday, HE knows what a kitchen should look like. He wants to come and measure the kitchen and then come up with a design and show it to us and THEN we decide what we would like to have in it. What the heck??????? Wouldn't it make more sense to ASK the homeowners the features they would like first and THEN design their kitchen. I'm going to let him come, maybe he will come up with some good ideas that I can steal and let somebody else use

I'm beginning to think I dont' want a new kitchen after all

I called another place and the salesmen were gone for the day. I can understand that since I called later afternoon. The lady said someone will call me tomorrow. We'll see what happens with those people.
