Robin - any ideas for the SS? Or do you think we should all be adult-like *gasp* and wait until Chrismtas? Personally, I would LOVE to open early - but I think Christmas IS the right time, too!

Kim - how's things with you? Your baking done? How is the "sick-kid" situation?

Speaking of tinknutt - she makes an AWESOME chili! I'm not much of a chili fan....but this stuff is GOOD! Had a fun time!

Well, I'm soloing Ave Maria at church tonight and I've LOST my sheet music! I don't know if the church even HAS it in Latin! DH is going to try and buy some for me today....but ugh! I lost practice time looking for it!

Anyhoo.....I've got to get ready for work - Thursday is my long day!

Good Morning all,

Ann,
I am unbelieveably busy .........and the weather is NOT helping....We are suppose to get 5-7 ins. tonight.....I have to do my Thurs. lunch thing today....and more shopping tomorrow .....but DH likes to Christmas shop with me..and he only has nights and weekends to do it....so it all waits for him...(except his gifts of course )...I couldnt do much with DM and DGC in tow anyway

I have gotten SOME of my decorations up in/on the house...but ran out of time yesterday.. when I had to take Jules to her lesson..and when I got back it was late and I was tired...So it will wait until tonight or tomorrow afternoon....but Id like to get it done befor we get the tree on Sat...

I have three concerts to go to befor Christmas.....Julias highschool concert..on the 13th, Brittanys concert...on the 20...and Ambers concert on the 22.. ..Thats the fun part of DGC

I will open my gift when ever everyone else desides .... If we stay with the plan it would be Christmas, but I can see everyone being really busy on that day......
I myself will only be busy in the AM..I make a Christmas breakfast...everyone gets here around 9-10, then the kids all leave to there other parents houses by around noon.....Ill have a quiet afternoon and then Ill be having my DSs over for a Christmas buffet , no fancy cooking here, just a table full of goodies and coldcuts...maybe some chicken wings...some cold shrimp...nothing formal...just a graze when your hungry sort of thing....
Anyway just tell me when and Ill do as Im told ....Im a good girl

Well better get moving ...or ill be running late....AGAIN

I'm home this morning. Alex's car has a flat tire (he discovered this morning) and he took mine to school. Maybe I will call the CAA (AAA) and have them change it so it will be ready for him at noon.

Sounds like everyone has busy days ahead.

we have the same soap but i used the stuff that u use for dishes ( i did not use that lol hehehe) no realy i did not use soap at all butwe do have the same soap ( do not think we have mint )

We got our cabin assignments today for our upcoming cruise.

We booked a Category 12 guarantee which is the lowest priced cabin you can get and they pick out a room for you.

I checked this morning on the DCL website and we now have cabin numbers. We were upgraded to a Cat 11, deck 6. Not a huge upgrade but I didn't really care, even if we stayed in Cat 12's.

We are in a "sideways" cabin, which I've never had before. I saw some pictures on the DCL forum and it looks okay. My parents are in the cabin right next to us.

It's nice to finally know where we are going to be on the ship. Deck 6 is a good spot for stair climbing. It is in the middle between the top deck and food/outside and the deck with all of the adult evening areas and dining rooms on it. I guess I will be getting plenty of exercise

Well I ended up taking Pepper to the vets.......who could not find anything wrong with the Phys. exam...So she took blood to check his liver.....again...(the pheno. can hurt his liver, so it has to be checked now and then)....at any rate after too much money spent I still dont know whats wrong...and the way to find out takes even more money unless the blood work comes up with something... ...

I'm starting to get annoyed at DCLine. As I said earlier we were upgraded to a Cat 11 room which is great. BUT so far all the others on my cruise thread that were in Guaranteed Cat 12's have been upgraded to Cat 9's

What the heck. This is our 7th Disney Cruise, how come we don't rate a little better than that. I know most of the others upgraded are on their first or second cruise. This is not a good way to treat loyal customers

I'm glad that we got any upgrade at all but I'm feeling kind of cheated I guess.

Ann! We're shoveling a LOT of snow around here. Baking? I've just begun. Tonight I did those break and bake Christmas chocolate chip cookies and brownies. Those are for Sat. AM. I'll make the banana muffins tomorrow night. Kelly still has an occasional bark, but she's much better, thank you! Today was her 8th Birthday! We slopped thru the snow and took her out to dinner. Changed the restaurant, due to distance, but we had a nice dinner. One of Matt's friends from school was our waiter. He brought Kelly a free choc ice cream with whipped cream and a cherry, but no singing. She made us sing at home with 8 candles in a Twinkie! All this baking, and my DD gets a Twinkie at home!

How did the Latin solo go? I'm sure you were FAB! Repeat performance and all.

How's Dad? Home yet?
