Cally, they may not be looking at saving money on childcare.....and staying with you and your boys has got to be a better enviornment and safer, so don't necessarily count yourself short....they may be willing to pay more (because you'll offer their son soooo much more)!

Kim, the trip will work out in the end, just keep reminding everyone how much fun you all will have and being together with family (priceless)!!

Okay Robin I'll get the plate from him and get it sent to you. We redid our kitchen when we moved in, we didn't do all the work, but did our own hiring for counter tops etc, which saved us $$. Shop around!!

There are so many people that would like to be on that show and they pick a guy who smokes 3 packs a day? I really think that they voted wrong-again. I love the show, but this time is not impressing me at all, yet anyway.

U sounds like he could be around my ds's age, maybe they can say sometime.

Ok, now about Survivor-can somebody get that cry baby man a smoke and some coffee already!?! Have you ever seen such a whiney man? There are so many people that would like to be on that show and they pick a guy who smokes 3 packs a day? I really think that they voted wrong-again. A Friday funny.....

By following the simple advice I heard on a Dr. Phil Show, I have finally found inner peace. Dr. Phil proclaimed the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started.

So I looked around my house to see things I started and hadn't finished; and, before leaving the house this morning I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bottle of Baileys, a bottle of Kahlua, a package of Oreo's, a pot of coffee, the rest of the Cheesecake, some Saltines and a box of Godiva Chocolates.

You have no idea how good I feel.
Please pass this on to those you feel are in need of inner peace.

By following the simple advice I heard on a Dr. Phil Show, I have finally found inner peace. Dr. Phil proclaimed the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started.

Cally what a lovely letter for DeVaughn's teacher to send to you and the treatment he received at school was great. He will remember that for a very very long time.

Make sure you save that letter so you can show him if he ever starts to act up in school later on, which I'm doubting he would do but heck ya never know what kids will get up to

I will definately be saving this letter! I'm still surprised at the treatment he received. I kept asking DeVaughn if his teacher did this to any of his other classmates and he said "no". I told him he was very special!

Ughhh I so agree with you here!!!! Shane, I think that's his name, is such a BIG BABY!!! I can't believe they would convince him to stay... Why waste your time.. I don't have a doubt that he will be gone sooner or later... I'm so annoyed that they would keep him rather then someone who really wants to stay!!

Kim, I hope things work out for your trip...my friend Rose offered DH and me to go in March but DH isn't having it. We have to pay for our two weeks in NC first, finish paying for Britt's FL trip, we bought her car but still need to get it registered, tagged and insured (and go get it.)

Talk to your family, hopefully they get some sense into their heads and just go along with the plan at hand.

I went out to the grocery store this morning. I only spent $285.00, I think I've forgotten to buy something I usually spend double that amount went I go (remember I don't go very often )

The sun is shining and it feels like a nice spring day, keeping in mind that the temperature is still below freezing but it feels good anyways.

I'm looking at information to get ideas of what to do with the kitchen. Any good kitchen planners amongst the TKers

Aww.. kids are great!!! I just got an email from my brother saying they are expecting #3! Keep in mind they just had a baby boy who will be 1 yrs old in June... They have an older daughter who is 6!

I always feel like I forget something at the store!

Wow how often do you go grocery shopping? We usually spend about $200 every 2wks.. that includes having to make the kids lunches everyday and afternoon snacks for them. I don't know if that is alot or little .. LOL we shop at the base commissary and prices are suppose to be lower..

ok I'm no expert designer or anything but I'm curious to know what do you NOT like in your kitchen now?

We started a file of things like that, and good report cards..and drawings and such with our boys,
They get a hoot out of them now...I wish my mom did it, but there were five of us and we moved alot, so I guess I can see how that would have been hard.

I agree, I think the other team is going to dominate and then it will be like 1st one Stefani and Bobby Jon were on. I wonder if the older man who was put on Exile island will have an impact on them.

How much of your kitchen do you want to revamp? Are you totally gutting the place or just replacing the appliances and countertops?
