When you feel a cold coming on.....Smash up a clove of garlic...and put in in a glass of water....then drink it. The cold goes away IMMEADIATELY.

I use the powdered stuff in everything and I mean almost everything. I'm always shaking garlic powder and onion powder into what ever I'm cooking
oh yea.. i know the powdered stuff! I also use the coarse garlic with parsley!
