Hi Tker's....had an awesome time in DL!!! the weather was great...crowds not too bad...not as light as my November trip...but still doable...esp Sat a.m. - we went on 6 rides in 2 hours....& didn't use one fastpass...just uploaded my photos to Mem Mgr so once they're up at shutterfly will post a few. Hope all had a great wkend! Still have lots to do this week (at work & at home) to get ready for Christmas Eve dinner....which is only a week away

Yes, the neighbour next to the nasty one is a very nice guy. He is Portugese born in Portugal but he has lived on this street longer than we have.

FYI! My Moms sisters first DH was portugese, so all my cousins are half. We were always close to these people...and OMG They are the friendliest people EVER. These are the type of people that if you went to there house and said you talked to me on the inernet, they would not only feed you like there is no tommorrow, but put you up for the night!

Have fun at Walmart DU. I have some shopping that needs to get done this week. I'll have to bring myself to do it.

Would ja belive I never made it there. Went and had my car fixed. The Heat thing was only a fuse! They didnt even charge me for that. So I also had a oil & filter change! THIS IS A DEALERSHIP too...I swear by them, really great people there.
Anyhoooooo I was there for about a hour, then went to BJ's & Target...the stores were MOBBBBBBBED! And traafic was a nightmare! I left here at 11:15, got home after 4!!!!! I am glad 99.99% of my shopping is done!
I guess since the storm was yesterday, nobody got out till today!

I have an appointment for an ultrasound tomorrow to see if they can figure out why my liver enzymes are high

We are having a Christmas barbecue lunch at the shop tomorrow for the guys so I have to get some stuff for that too..

Great idea! My place has a huge BarBq on July 3rd & a Turkey dinner the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I always saud since everybody has BarBq on the 4th & Turkey on Thanksgiving...they should switch it!
But who listens to me
Maybe if I become Employee of the Year...they will listen. Which BTW...I still dont know anymore about it then before!

My house is done too! EXCEPT the upstairs....its been either to wet or too cold to hang my sorry butt out the window and string the lights!

And my big light up santa in the front ...light went out...and because the ice and its on a slope...I cant get to it!

Thats nothing....We recorded it and went to watch it an hr. after it started...and our SAT. had TDs...and didnt record it...So we missed the whole last show and had to watch the NYC thing without seeing the actual show...UGGGG! ..
AND...I really didnt want who won to win...OR the sec. runner up....I think I disliked those two the most!....YUCK!

I was hoping for Erik to win....and befor him I really wanted James...But with every show the one I want to win...doesnt...well except for when Ethan, won...THAT was the only time, the person I wanted to win...did...

I agree! I didn't want that person to win either I'm glad that James got some money. And I really don't know about Denise...

Callie I want you to know that you are in my thoughts each and every day! I see you post really late and really early too. I know that when my DH is away, I have lots of trouble sleeping. He only goes for about a week and not very often, can't imagine how tough this is for you, Roger and the boys! I know it doesn't make it any easier, but just wanted to let you know how much I care!

Aww, Thank You That means a lot. Yes, it sucks at times but I am coping.

and Cally, MK opened at 9, we were there for our tour by 8am...

day here at the OK Corral! Hmmmmmm Next Tuesday is Christmas and aint gonna do laundry then.......This is gonna through the schedule off!

Just wrapping & taking da fadda for a haircut. He is carrying on like people would think he is a hippie! He has too go to the Barber to get all 2 hairs cut!

Actually, I never got around to making it! Since i was stuck in the stores & traffic all afternoon........We went Chinese instead! But it was FANTASTIC. It was one of those "I am starving & in the mood for Chinese food and everything just tasted so flippen good" dinners!

However according to my Fortune cookie, I was supposed to find romance last night....Didnt happen! Darn Fortune cookie!

Im going to have to do my laundry at a laundry mat. ..Our washer, is leaving grease on the clothes, ...It was making a very loud noise as it spun, and now the grease...Its time to get a new one....But WHY NOW...
Just what I need is to have to go to a LM..I hate them...at least all I have to do is wash them I can dry them when I get home...

We are going to get stackers ....So we can use part of the room they were taking up in the laundry room...for additonal closet space,..I didnt plan enough storage space in the house when I designed it... Oh well ya live and learn...Its the very first house Ive have ever designed...

Well Im going to try to get to town today.....But we have to go to a concert tonight....So I may stay home, so as not to tire my Mom out befor the concert.... I could go out by myself, this afternoon, but I spend the whole time worrying about her, worrying about me getting home ...

I guess Ill wait and see how she is this morning....Ya never know, She could wake up and be "all there"( well MOSTLY there)...Or VERY confused.. ...Its a crap shoot!

Yes Cally, the tour was absolutely worthy Rose is already planning an Animal Kingdom backstage tour next October.

Betsy, our holiday dilemma is my kitchen sink. We were trying to hold off replacing it for a while but it's decided it wants to be replaced now

Robin, sorry to hear you have medical issues. John has problems with purines and triglycerides. Too many purines gives him Gout flare ups (aches like arthritis) and too many triglycerides (sugar) gives him the blahs. It's a tough balance but we manage. I hope your problem is as easy as watching your diet to maintain.

I just had an ultrasound of my abdomen done. I have an appointment on Jan 8 with my doctor to see what the results of that are.

NOW where to hide all those wrap presents......the kids will be here this weekend??????????? ( I want a Basement for Christmas)

How about the trunk of the car?

The dirty clothes hamper?? My kids NEVER ever looked in there, so it was a very safe spot

Hi All...gosh i never thought about Ann being or having any trouble....i just assumed she had been spending every waking moment cooking....baking....etc for the big holiday! WOW...i do hope that EVERYTHING is okay!

We are getting a nice downpour these past two days....Lord knows we need the rain (which also means it's snowing in the mtns which is important if we want to ski this year)....but SOOOO glad the rain didn't start till AFTER we got home from Disneyland!

I don't know how they are done where you are Cally but here you go and get the ultrasound done. It is done by some sort of technician. The test is then "read" by someone with more qualifications and a report is made back to the doctor that ordered the test.

I think the whole process takes a few days to a week. I'm sure if there is something really serious that they get in touch with you quite quickly.
