October 20th is a very popular date around here for special events.

sharin' my big 5-0 with Kim & YOUR anniversary!!! awesome !!!! You all know i have this 6-week celebration going on...so what all do you guys have planned? How many years married????

I just got concert tickets for hubby for his birthday on Oct 6th...

The show is on Halloween night~

I will be taking him out to dinner to celebrate too...

Thank goodness DH doesn't know about Brenda's Month Long Celebration rule

yep...when i "force" myself to think how long i would have been married to Jen's dad if we had stayed together....YIKES...30 yrs.....but glad that Dale & I are celebrating 20 next month....my HS friend that went to NY with me will celebrate her 35th next month.....they got married YOUNG!!!!!

Mike and I have been married for 34 years, last July....
Good years....Im not complaining ....He spoils me rotten..and I LIKE it ...LOL.

I just read about your dad...that sounds like the time ..my Mom tried to call me ..years ago(she wouldnt remember how to use a phone now)..and couldnt figure out why she could get a dial tone..and every time she pushed a no. ...the TV would change channels ...LOL....
She figured it out and called me just laughing...as she told me her misstake...
This is just before she got so bad, she had to come live with us...
Kind of funny/sad......BUT ya take it as it comes at ya..and go from there....right?

I got some of my lawn mowed, and some unpacking done...But my house is still a mess...and Im going into town for my Thurs..so it will have to wait...
I uploaded my pics...but have to get a new host...So it may be awhile before I can share them....Sorry...a day or two at most I think....

No month long birthday for me...My DGD has a birthday 2 days after mine...So we move on to her....Thats OK...the one day is enough to let me know how OLD Im getting to be....that and the darn mirror.. ..
AND the pics ya all take of me when Im soaking wet...and not looking so great... ..

Hi everyone!

Gearing up for the weekend! We are having our DD, DSIL & grand children over for the weekend and the entire family is getting together Saturday after Mass....I'm thinking I'll make dessert for everyone here.

I have some AWESOME news! Our grand daughter has been to the doctor for lack of weight gain - she's not gained a single ounce in 6 months...she's 18 months old. They were thinking she may have Cystic Fibrosis or possibly Chrones disease....well, she gained an entire pound in 3 weeks! That's HUGE!

They are still going to test her (I think), but they think the results will be negative. She was not communicating that she was hungry and they've been feeding her like a Christmas Goose! The doctor thinks she'll just be a petite miss!

Gotta run - dog needs a bath (she's a stinky miss!)
