no not an ebayer... not courageous in that arena! LOL I sometimes look around the ebay but never have been so brave as to purchase/sell anything... are you all good at it?

I have a 14 y/o dd and a 17 y/o son left at home now.. The 17 y/o is pretty darn easy... but the 14 year old dd is causing major STRESS .... Her doc wants her to start a new med this week...... hopefully it will help. Don't want to be a downer here guys....
just venting a wee bit! Kims usually helps me de-stress from da stress! LOL

also sorry for the late response. I got a phone call from my friend who's 18 y/o son was in a serious motorcycle accident 2 wks ago.
He has been admitted to Rehab with major physical problems. So I have been her sounding board and "consultant"....
This kid can use any extra prayers you have layiing around. He was going over 100mph when he crashed... he is a bag of broken bones... but no head injuries! YAY....

Potato soup was tasty.. altho the carb people would croak if they knew the carb count! Let's just say it is not calorie friendly! Hec, I even used cream and butter... EEEEKKK!!! but Dang it was goood!
I am sure it would be tasty with the Squirrel Mc Nuggets... or even a oppossum club sandwich!

Good Afternoon Threadkillers,

BrerPapa & Cruisin.........no throwing things!

I'm back from Sister's Weekend. We had a great time! We did shopping, dining, karaoke, bowling, pool and poker! "Sister's Rock!" (that's our motto). We try to get together as often as possible. We all live within a six hour radius, so we try about every 3 months or so. Next sister's weekend is scheduled for Tallahassee between Halloween & Thanksgiving. Although, they are both talking about coming to my house around the middle of September.

Mamajoan, my teenagers are now in their 30's! All three of the kids are grown, married and two have kids of their own. Here's the weird part: I'm going to be 40 in September - celebrating in Disneyworld! I married my hubby young (19) and he had the kids (pre-teenagers one was 12 and the twins were 10), but I was lucky enough to have a hand in raising them and couldn't love them more if I gave birth to them. I was never able to have biological children - but I'm the lucky one - I would have picked these three if I could! As I'm sure BrerPapa could tell you, as they get older, they will certainly appreciate all the love and care you've given them. As teenagers, they are certainly worth the effort - it will pay off later! Chin up!

Well, I've got a ton of e-mail and stuff to catch up on. Ya'll behave yourselves. No throwing! You may hit and/or break the computer monitors! If you are going to throw pies, gently set a sugarfree one at my desk!

Sorry to hear about your friends son, does he realize now that he is not invincible. I hope that those bones of his all mend well. He is very lucky that he didn't have any head injuries

phil, nice to see you again. You haven't been around in a while. How are you doing? As to leading the post count.......... I guess that I have no life!! (Besides, I have to stay ahead of Brer_Papa, can't let him win )

Hollyann I don't think that I was throwing anything, only Brer_Papa was throwing things I was just threatening people with music
